We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Model Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and a passion for developing advanced AI solutions to enhance our company's capabilities. This role will involve creating, fine-tuning, and deploying models that leverage cutting-edge AI technologies to improve our consumer experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement models using OpenAI's ChatGPT API or similar LLMs, focusing on prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques.

• Utilize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) methods to enhance model performance and information retrieval capabilities.

• Write Python scripts for data processing, API integration, and model deployment.

• Work with various APIs, including OpenAI and RESTful APIs, to integrate AI models into existing systems.

• Manage and manipulate structured and unstructured data, ensuring proper handling and storage using SQL and MongoDB.

• Utilize Azure Databricks for data processing and model training.

• Implement embedding models for efficient storage and retrieval of vector data.

• Document all processes, changes, and system designs to ensure clear communication and traceability.

• Troubleshoot integration issues and debug AI models to ensure optimal performance.

Required Qualifications :

• Experience with OpenAI's ChatGPT API or similar LLMs.

• Familiarity with fine-tuning LLMs and prompt engineering.

• Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.

• Proficiency in Python for scripting, data processing, and API integration.

• Experience working with APIs (e.g., OpenAI, RESTful APIs).

• Proficient in SQL and experienced with MongoDB (vector storage, indexing, and retrieval).

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop data pipelines and AI-infused solutions using Snowflake and Azure.

Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, chatbots, and GenAI-powered applications.

Leverage Cortex and ML capabilities within Snowflake for intelligent data processing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure data solutions.

Apply advanced SQL and Python skills to manipulate and analyze large datasets.

(Optional) Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake, including native Cortex and ML features.

3+ years of experience with Python for data engineering and ML tasks.

3+ years of experience with Azure cloud services.

Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and performance tuning.

Experience with GenAI, LLMs, and ML/AI frameworks.

2+ years of experience with Power BI (nice to have).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in deploying AI/ML models in production.

Familiarity with MLOps and data governance best practices.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• 10+ years of experience in ML engineering, with a track record of technical leadership on high-impact ML systems.
• Proven expertise in recommendation systems, personalization, or search ranking.
• Deep understanding of deep learning (especially with PyTorch or TensorFlow) and ML infrastructure at scale.
• Experience building real-time inference systems and working with multimodal architectures.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and cloud-native development (preferably GCP).
• Experience designing and deploying robust, observable, and scalable systems.

Job description

• Provide Development support to Software development community across the organization by managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Meta’s internal software application and tooling.

Roles and responsibilities

• Respond to and triage support questions and support requests from Meta engineers
• Extract relevant information from log files and other sources to debug, identify owners or root causes
• Write basic tools and test cases to improve the speed and quality of support
• Work with technical writers to improve documentation in areas covered by support
• Produce reports for leadership with data on performance of the program
• Provide insights and suggestions on product development and the product roadmap; contribute to product development.
• Manage and escalate Meta engineers' support queries, using advanced data tools for in-depth analysis to quickly identify and resolve issues, enhancing ML model development cycles.
• Develop debugging scripts and documentation to automate and speed up responses, and provide actionable feedback to the engineering team.

Required Skills

• Hands on experience(2-3) years on software programming on 2 out of C++, Java or Python developing small or medium sized application.
• Preferred experience with at least one front end web technologies.
• Hands on experience(2-3) years on Databases, Linux.
• Relevant Application support / Dev support experience would be a plus.
• Basic knowledge of what machine learning models are, and different types of algorithms.
• 1-2 years of hands on experience with(at least some) areas of design, implementation, deployment, training, testing etc of one or more machine learning models.
