Key Responsibilities: - Oversee screen printing and transfer production, including job setup, teardown, and cleaning. - Use Adobe Illustrator for artwork preparation and adjustments. - Manage a team of 7 employees, ensuring smooth production flow and quality control. - Plan and manage production schedules to meet daily targets. - Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, including Mamiki machine DDF. - Order production materials and parts as needed. - Lead floor operations and maintain high performance in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: - 10 years of experience in screen printing, transfer production - 5 years experience in a supervisory role - Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and production scheduling. - Strong leadership and floor management skills. - Experience with equipment maintenance (Mamiki machine DDF). Position Summary:
The Assistant Studio Manager plays a key leadership role in the daily operations of the studio, supporting the Studio Manager and coaching team to deliver an exceptional member experience. This individual is a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, customer service excellence, and a background in team supervision. Youll help drive studio success success and support business goals, lead front-of-house staff, drive membership sales, and ensure a high-quality experience for every member. This role requires a dynamic individual with sales experience , strong organizational skills, and the ability to motivate both team members and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Studio Manager in all aspects of daily operations, including scheduling, staff supervision, and studio performance.
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment.
- Drive new member acquisition through sales of memberships and packages via in-person, phone, and email outreach.
- Assist with onboarding, and training studio staff.
- Manage front desk operations and ensure consistency in member check-ins, class bookings, and membership inquiries.
- Monitor studio cleanliness and coordinate cleaning/maintenance tasks to meet brand standards.
- Assist in executing local marketing initiatives and member retention strategies.
- Handle member feedback, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with coaches and sales associates to support studio goals and ensure seamless day-to-day flow.
- University or college diploma required , preferably in business, fitness, health sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in a management or supervisory role (fitness, health, or retail industry preferred).
- Sales experience required , with proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused and team-first mindset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with CRM systems, scheduling software, and standard office tools.
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others reach their goals.

In your role as Assistant Studio Manager , you will create brand awareness, fuel the buzz, and drive traffic in your studios community.
