We’re a close-knit, 40+ year-old independent auto repair shop in Toronto looking for a Senior Service Advisor who’s ready to take ownership of the role—and maybe even grow into Shop Manager someday.
If you’re great with customers, organized, and know how to keep a busy shop running smoothly, you’ll fit right in. We’re also open to experienced mechanics who want to move off the tools and into a leadership position.
What you’ll do:
Be the main point of contact for customers—estimates, scheduling, follow-ups
Work closely with our skilled techs to make sure every job’s done right
Manage parts, orders, invoices, and keep the shop running like clockwork
Take initiative to improve processes and grow with the shop
What we’re looking for:
3+ years as a Service Advisor/Writer in an independent shop (or a mechanic ready for a new challenge)
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
Ability to work independently and lead by example

CSN Garyray Collision is seeking a skilled and dedicated Auto Body Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage and performing high-quality repairs to restore vehicles back to their pre-accident condition. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods.
- Perform bodywork repairs, such as dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening.
- Utilize various tools and equipment, including welding and frame machines, to execute repairs.
- Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, priming, and masking.
- Communicate with service advisors and team members to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and techniques.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Auto Body Technician.
- Completion of an Auto Body Collision Repair program or equivalent experience.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Benefits

- Hourly rate fron $28.00 to $40.00 depending on experience

- 8-hour shift, Monday to Thursday (8 am - 5:30 pm) Friday (8 am - 4:30 pm)

(LOCATION) a proud member of the Drive Autogroup is currently seeking an Automotive Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude along with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- The Automotive Technician will be responsible for inspecting and repairing vehicles and reporting progress to Service Advisors.
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with the dealership.
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and preparing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed and provide an estimate of cost and time needed for additional repairs.
- Keep shop equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies, performing preventative maintenance and notifying Service Management of equipment condition.
- Remain up to date on all automotive product knowledge, manufacturer updates, bulletins and recalls, and technical knowledge.
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Licensed Technician.
- Must have 310S certification and Class A Automotive Mechanic’s license.
- Other certifications or licenses mandated by provincial law (ex: 310s , Ozone Depletion
- OSSD or equivalent preferred
- Strong automotive background.
- Must have a valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean abstract.
Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail.
- Must be physically able to lift 50lbs and able to bend, squat, crouch, reach as job requires.
- Knowledge and use of power, machine, and hand tools.
- Ability to effectively communicate automotive issues clearly.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
