At Tim Hortons Distribution, we understand the importance of work/life balance, which is why as a Driver, you will typically work 4 days a week and know your schedule well in advance. Scheduled shifts include morning, afternoon and evening departures and weekend runs.
This job entails a mix of city & highway driving including within the GTA area.
This position is based out of our Distribution Centre located at 950 Southgate Dr, Guelph, ON N1L 1S7.
What we do:
Our drivers safely deliver dry and temperature-controlled products to approximately 1500 Tim Hortons restaurants in Southern Ontario. We operate 7 days per week nearly 24 hours per day using a variety of trailer sizes to meet delivery demands and constraints.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Completing Tim Hortons restaurant deliveries while operating Company equipment in a safe and professional manner at all times
- Providing outstanding customer service and support to restaurant employees
- Performing Pre/Post- trip inspections
- Completing all appropriate regulatory and Company documentation
- Offloading products using a powered tailgate and powered driver walkie
- Verifying order accuracy and assisting store employees with bringing the products into the restaurant
- Handling inquiries and or concerns from owners/customers professionally
- Ensuring food safety and food defense standards are followed
- Responsible for general cleaning and yard duties as required
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- Valid AZ driver's license with at least 1 year of experience operating AZ vehicles
- Clean Driver’s Abstract and CVOR
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Both verbal and written)
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs.)
- Proven track record of reliability and safety
- Ability and willingness to work in all types of weather and road conditions
- Experience with operating lift truck / powered walkie, powered tailgate and B-Train, is preferred

Job DescriptionThe Domino's Commercial Truck Driver safely drives company commercial vehicle over or on established route(s) to deliver product to Domino’s Pizza store locations. The AZ Commercial Drivers will unload product at each customer location, provide customer service to stores, pick up empty tray container/ carts, and deliver back to Domino’s Supply Chain Center.
Drivers may run routes as part of a team or as a single driver. On occasion, the Commercial Driver may be asked to shuttle trailers to and from partner companies or position trailers at dock doors. All Domino’s team members ensure that all tasks performed are done in a safe manner, including wearing proper PPE.
SCHEDULE: Evening dispatch (typically between 5pm-8pm), 4-5 routes a week. We are a 7 day operation, drivers must be open to working routes on the weekend as part of their regular schedule
PAY: Earn up to $85-90K in your first year

This is a permanent, full-time position operating out of our production facility at 486 Main Street, Cambridge, Ontario. Delivery staff must arrive on-site in Cambridge by or before 6:30 am and must be on the road by 7:00 am. Each member of the delivery team works until their deliveries are complete and has returned their truck to the GVF yard. As part of the delivery team, you may be scheduled one day off per week (besides Saturday or Sunday) but are encouraged to be available on your day off during the week or for Saturday deliveries if necessary.
What you'll do:
- Safely, accurately, and efficiently transport, deliver, and unload bulk and bag feed on farm.
- Check customer directions and customer on-farm instructions to avoid delivery errors.
- Follow customers instructions where applicable and comply with protocols.
- Maintain the delivery equipment to ensure it's fit for operation, reporting anything that doesnt appear to be safe or functioning well.
- Conduct regular routine maintenance on the equipment.
- Build positive long-lasting relationships and consistently remain in good standing with customers.
- Always adhere to good delivery, driving, bio-security, and health and safety practices and protocols.
- Work closely with customers, internal departments, and team members including delivery, sales, customer service, loading, production, and warehousing.
- Attend team meetings and town halls to stay up-to-date and well-informed about GVF products, services, and overall business initiatives.
Your background includes:
- 2+ years of relevant working experience in a similar role
- A Valid DZ or AZ Drivers License in good standing is a must

Job DescriptionCambridge is looking for a Spare Board driver. This position pertains to night linehaul and possible dayshift relief.
The successful candidate will use their experience to ensure Customer Service expectations are met while conducting themselves safely and professionally.
This position does require some flexibility with your start times in the short term. As you gain seniority you will find yourself in a more regular role. Day shift city work involves pallet jack and tailgate work doing 20-30 stops per day whereas our night linehaul is highway work between Manitoulin terminals and switch points.
Qualifications- AZ License
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Experience in higher volume deliveries & pickups, tailgates, and pallet jack work is a strong asset
- Ability to switch from days to nights to days for vacation relief
- Able to conduct work in a safe manner at all times
- Other - training will be provided
