**Job Summary**
**UPS Package Drivers**
deliver and pick up packages from residential and/or commercial properties. This role involves driving and the continual lifting, lowering, and carrying of packages in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment. Drivers follow safe transportation methods while traveling to and from destinations, ensuring the best customer service through efficiency and dedication.

Full -Time Permanent

474 Welham Rd, Barrie, ON, L4N 8Z4
**Workdays:**
Tuesday to Saturday
( **Must be available to work all 5 days, with flexibility to work on Mondays if needed** )
**Shift Start:**
9:15 AM - 5:15 PM *
**(Flexibility with start and finish times required based on operational needs) ***
**Hourly Wage:**
$20.00/hourly
**KEY**
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Deliver and pick up UPS packages efficiently and effectively
Learn and properly execute UPS safe and defensive driving methods
Assist with loading and unloading trucks as required
Record, track, and maintain information about delivered packages
Comply with UPS appearance guidelines by wearing the company provided vest and uniform
**REQUIREMENTS:**
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (32kg) unassisted. Typical package weight ranges from 25-35 lbs.
Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service skills
Proficiency in navigating and finding locations using maps, GPS devices, and map books
Available to work Tuesday through Saturday with flexibility to work occasional Mondays
**Possession of a valid Ontario G driveru2019s license**

a** ) No violations for the current year (last 12 months) and no more than 2 violations for the previous 3-year period (last 36 months)
**b)**
No accidents and maximum of 5 demerit points for the previous 3-year period (last 36 months)

**HOURLY WAGE: $0.00/hourly**
Guaranteed wage progression through Union Collective Agreement to 37.29 per hour after 48 months of service
Paid training
Overtime
Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit- Every Friday
Personal paid days off (Eligibility Requirements)
2 weeks of paid vacation after 1 year of service (3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 20 years, and 6 weeks after 25 years)

We are seeking an AZ Truck Driver with Flatbed experience
Including chaining, strapping and tarping for mid to long haul routes.
Southern Ontario to the USA and back to Ontario.
Runs are into the US for 7-14 day trips.
Make great money that averages 85 cents per mile!
We are located in Bradford Ontario, your starting point for each trip.
Flatbed experience required.

Our business started in 1987, and obtained and received the Ontario and ICC authority in 1992. At this time, we also purchased our own trucks and trailers and with the addition of a few select owners/operators started to transport general flatbed freight from Ontario to various destinations in the USA. - AZ License.
