**In this role, a typical day may look like:**  
+ Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs, service transactions, digital education, and customer problem resolution related to banking solutions 
+ Understand customer needs and guide customers to the right contact person for appropriate solutions while exercising good judgement in confidential matters 
+ Build customer confidence on emerging digital banking trends by educating them on mobile, ATM, and online banking 
+ Support the frontline staff with scheduled cash and non-cash transactions; resolve critical issues and report non-standard matters to management 
+ Recommend improvements to work practices, branch operations and processes to enhance customer experience and achieve operational excellence 
+ Participate in the timely and accurate completion of business processes and procedures 
+ Ensure prepared documentation is accurate, reflects business intentions, and is consistent with relevant regulations and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics 
+ Help build a positive and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness, participating in personal performance development and sharing industry knowledge to achieve common objectives 
**Job Requirements:**  
+ High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience 
+ Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent - post-appointment within 6 months 
+ Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred 
+ Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), branch software and internet 
+ Knowledge of banking solutions and processes to advise customers 
+ A self-starter who works independently in a dynamic work environment through strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills 
+ A dynamic, diligent, and effective influencer with can-do attitude to exercise initiative and handle several tasks and changing priorities 
+ A strong communicator with established customer experience skills who can effectively connect, both verbally and in writing, with customers and related teams in a courteous, and effective manner 
**Trainee Mobility**
This opportunity includes a mobility clause that requires a candidate to be mobile within the Assigned District.     Senior Tech Recruiter - Digital Banking - Canada (contract)

We work with financial institutions—particularly credit unions—in Canada and the US to deliver next-generation platforms powered by digital banking systems, Content Management Systems (CMS), and immersive tech like XR and AI.

    We're looking for a seasoned Senior Technical Recruiter to help us scale our growing consulting and digital delivery teams with top-tier talent. If you've recruited for Canadian tech professional services companies and understand the intricacies of working with client stakeholders in regulated industries like financial services, we'd love to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. End-to-end technical recruitment for contract and full-time roles within AEQ’s delivery teams across Canada and LATAM (when required).

    2. Work closely with internal hiring managers and client stakeholders to gather role requirements, align on hiring processes, and provide candidate feedback.

    3. Manage complex recruitment workflows including multiple interview stages involving clients , technical assessments, and background checks.

    4. Source and build strong candidate pipelines through direct outreach, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and strategic sourcing campaigns.

    5. Maintain high candidate experience standards and manage communication throughout the hiring process.

    6. Partner with AEQ leadership to track hiring metrics, optimize pipeline conversion, and reduce time-to-fill for niche roles.

    7. Stay informed on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities.

    Required Experience
    1. Seven+ years of technical recruitment experience with a focus on Canadian tech companies, preferably in consulting, digital agencies , or professional services environments.

    2. Proven success in recruiting for tech roles (such as project/program manager, business analyst/product owner, UI/UX designer, developer, solution architect, and automation tester ) related to financial services , especially:

      1. Digital banking platforms such as Forge , VeriPark , Temenos , or Backbase .

      2. Engineering roles involving CMS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) , Sitecore , or OpenText .

    3. Deep understanding of the nuances of client-involved hiring processes , including stakeholder interviews and external approvals.

    4. Demonstrated experience managing several concurrent requisitions while maintaining quality.

    Bonus Points
    1. Experience working directly with clients to capture requirements, present shortlists, and incorporate feedback.

    2. Background in operations or recruiting operations within a digital agency or consulting firm.

    3. Exposure to immersive tech hiring (VR, AR, XR) is a plus.

    Lawson Lundell LLP is seeking an intermediate to a senior level banking and lending paralegal to join our Vancouver office. The successful candidate is an enthusiastic, hardworking individual who would like to work within our banking and debt financing practice. Our banking and debt financing group is widely recognized as a top performing practice group in Vancouver with an attractive variety of work and clients. The successful candidate will work as part of a team of paralegals, with adequate coverage available during vacation periods. The regular working hours for this role are Monday Friday, 8:30am 4:30pm.


    Standard Responsibilities

    • Review governing facility letters
    • Conduct and review all necessary due diligence searches
    • Draft correspondence to Borrowers solicitors and all other necessary correspondence
    • Draft and finalize all loan and security documentation required in connection with the facility letter
    • Attend to registrations and other security filings
    • Review executed documents and communicates deficiencies
    • Review post-registration searches
    • Draft payout letters
    • Finalize and attend to payouts and all closing matters
    • Draft and finalize reporting letters and opinions and all ancillary correspondence
    • Follow up for outstanding deficiencies and other matters
    • Attend to all final reporting


    Qualifications

    • Paralegal certificate or a diploma from a recognized institution
    • Minimum of five years' experience as a banking and lending paralegal at a downtown law firm
    • Demonstrated ability to independently manage a high volume of transactions
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent organization and time management skills
    • Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality work under tight deadlines
    • Excellent computer and research skills
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently while being part of a team

    Thetypical salary range is 80,000 - 120,000annually. Intermediate candidates can expect to be placed within the 80,000 - 100,000 range. The base pay offered is based on location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, internal and market equity.In addition, we offer a variety of benefits, including:
