Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Cardiology Technician to play a pivotal role in expanding the reach and clinical excellence of the Myant SKIIN Holter cardiac monitoring product and service offering. This position will support new partner clinics with workflow design, training, and end-to-end implementation of Holter services, ensuring clinical success from day one.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience working within clinical or hospital settings, with a strong foundation in cardiology diagnostics, an understanding of clinical workflows, and a demonstrated ability to lead technicians and physicians through workflow transformation and technology adoption. You are a hands-on expert who can teach, train, scan, and support while building deep relationships that improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical and clinical liaison with new partner clinics, including technicians, admins and physicians.
- Assess and evaluate each clinic’s Holter monitoring needs, existing intake procedures, patient flow, and test protocols.
- Design and implement customized Holter workflows tailored to clinic operations and clinical team preferences.
- Lead the setup, onboarding, and training of clinic technicians, ensuring confident use of the SKIIN Holter solution and its 3rd party Holter analysis software tools.
- Perform Holter scanning and analysis, ensuring reports meet both clinical and regulatory standards.
- Develop customized physician reporting templates that clearly communicate clinically relevant data and support decision-making.
- Ensure a smooth clinical workflow from patient intake to test monitoring and result delivery, optimizing for efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clinic lead technicians, other clinic team members and physicians, serving as a trusted clinical partner.
- Document and relay feedback from partner clinics to internal teams, ensuring continuous service improvement.
- Experience for managing a remote team and/or remote team work
- Provide ongoing clinical guidance and support, post-implementation, for any workflow, training, or analysis questions.
Qualifications:
- Certified Cardiology Technologist (CSCT or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of in-clinic or hospital experience, specifically with cardiac diagnostics and patient monitoring
- Deep understanding of Holter monitoring, rhythm interpretation, and reporting standards
- Versatility in multiple cardiology diagnostics (e.g., ECG, Holter, event monitoring, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, stress testing)
- Strong grasp of clinical workflows, including patient intake, testing, and test result management
- Previous experience training and supporting technicians in the adoption of new clinical tools or platforms
- Demonstrated ability to build clinical credibility and rapport with physicians
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently across multiple concurrent clinic engagements
- Experience designing clinical pathways or optimizing cardiology workflows
- Familiarity with Holter and ABPM monitoring systems
- Background in digital health, remote care delivery, or hybrid clinical models
- Comfortable using virtual communication tools and documentation platforms
- Experience contributing to physician-facing report design and content refinement
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams, taking the lead on projects, and maintaining good and positive relationships with team members.

Working closely with the assigned Cardiologist, the principal responsibilities of the NP may include but are not limited to the following:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, take medical histories, perform physical examinations, and interpret findings
- Order diagnostic tests and review incoming results
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Provide education and preventative care to patient
- Formulate clinical treatment plans
- Promptly follow up on incoming results
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Administrative duties, including form completion, prescriptions renewals, and other administrative duties as deemed necessary for efficient clinic operation
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Qualifications:
- Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in Ontario
- Certification from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Minimum three (3) or more years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a cardiovascular setting
- Demonstrative expertise in cardiovascular assessment, diagnosis and treatment
- Strong clinical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide patient focused provision of service
- Ability to multi task within a fast paced environment
- Excellent time management skills, ability to work independently, professional and courteous
- Ability to use good judgement with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
