RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Outreach and Engagement:
    • Initiate contact with potential members via phone and text to promote KidStrong programs and membership opportunities.

    • Build rapport with leads and trial customers to drive conversions and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead Management :
    • Qualify leads based on established criteria and assess their needs and interests in KidStrong programs.
    • Provide accurate and timely information to potential members about membership options, pricing, and program details.
    • Follow up with leads to answer questions, address concerns, and close sales.
    • Guide new members through the enrollment and onboarding process.
    • Communicate with center leadership on status of leads, joins and trials to make sure families have a great experience and facilitate smooth transition from phone to in-center.
  • Sales Performance and Reporting :
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and member interactions using CRM software.
    • Track sales metrics, including conversion rates, lead response times, and member retention rates.
    • Collaborate with center leadership on solutions to achieve sales goals.
EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience in the fitness or education industry, particularly with children's programs.
  • Experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role with a strong emphasis on phone-based sales.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple leads and sales processes simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies for membership-based businesses.
QUALIFICIATIONS:
  • Standard First Aid CPR-C
  • Experience with Podium, HubSpot, and GloFox
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

**What You'll Do:**
+ Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits
+ Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers and balance a number of customers in a busy retail environment
+ Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience
+ Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions
+ Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed
+ Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers
+ Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store
**Qualities we'd love in a candidate:**
+ A positive and solutions-oriented mindset
+ Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills
+ Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
+ The ability to manage multiple tasks at once
**You can:**
+ Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
+ Stand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladder
+ Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
