- With guidance, prepare designs for site grading and site servicing including water distribution, sanitary sewers, storm water management, shallow utilities, and erosion control design.
- Support in the preparation of construction drawings, and technical reports.

- Liaise with municipalities and other approving authorities to advocate for client objectives.

- Gain valuable hands-on experience as an on-site observer for active construction projects, liaising with contractors, surveyors, and municipal inspectors.

- Performs more complex engineering design tasks on assigned projects under supervision of the Project Technical Lead or Project Manager, including engineering drawings, engineering reports, presentations, and required applications to regulatory agencies.
- Engage in the development of design through sketches, electronic models, diagrams, and other visual formats.

As a Senior Land Development Engineer/Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management and coordination of residential, commercial, industrial and institutional development projects varying in size and complexity, and you will be responsible for business development activities. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in land development, both technical and project management, and will work to grow the business and team in Atlantic Canada. - Undertaking marketing efforts, and business development pursuits, including lead development, proposal preparation, presentations, relationship and client management.
- Developing project scope, budgets, and design approach for all size projects.
