As the Digital Strategy Director, you’ll lead a team of social media experts including digital strategists, social content coordinators/community managers, and social producers. You’ll be intimately responsible for all social content (both paid and organic) for a few of our key clients. You’ll have enormous opportunity to build strategies from the ground up, in execute them in a way that leaves our clients, and their audiences craving more.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end social and content strategy for multiple clients
- Develop intellectual and compelling strategy documents that shift the way people think
- Drive the creative brief through a clearly identified problem, insight, advantage, and strategy
- Develop new ways of thinking, briefing, and executing against digital and integrated campaign content
- Instruct research and data teams to uncover new findings and morph them into insights
- Lead the working process of digital
- Live on the cusp of culture – articulate trends & changes in behaviour to develop POVs
- Obsess over metrics and performance – our clients are now creators, and their existence depends on their social performance
- Manage junior team members ranging from 0-4 years of experience
- Collaborate with inter-agency teams including strategists, creatives, producers, account teams, project managers, and creatives
- Take feedback in stride – we win together & lose together!
Qualifications
- 5+ years of strategy experience across social & content leveraging both paid, earned, and owned tactics
- Extensive work within key digital platforms, including digital display, Meta Business Manager, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.
- Proven experience managing and fostering the growth of junior talent.
- Understanding of analytics and what they mean. You should have an ability to lead and direct a team as they convert numbers into insights to make non-obvious content recommendations that resonate.
- Strong writing background with an ability to communicate thoughts clearly and simply.
- Track record in a client-facing role, presenting to and collaborating with senior clients and agency leadership, with an ability to think on the fly and pivot ideas in real-time.
Holistic digital marketing experience is a bonus, but not required (ie. email, OLA, OLV, eCommerce, etc.) - Experience with creative concepting. You should be able to evaluate what makes an idea good, and provide feedback to teams that challenge them, resulting in more entertaining content that resonates.

- Contribute to the development and delivery of the Digital Strategy in collaboration with the SVP Chief Digital & Products Officer Commercial Operations Technology Regional and Autofleet teams.
Enable / drive the go-to-market digital operating model for converting new ideas for features products joint ventures into fully implemented value generating initiatives.
- Establish and actively maintain and socialize the digital product feature backlog ensuring the next best highest value feature / product is prioritized to come to market.
- Drive in close partnership with our Operations IT and Autofleet teams the constant evolution of our lived client journeys to digitize and reduce client effort in the delivery of our products enhancing margins and NPS in parallel.
- Actively ingest and share market and competitive intelligence leveraging internal customer insights / data (e.g. NPS) to identify innovative opportunities for new product development or improve existing products within target markets
30% Digital Client Engagement & Journey Ownership
- Establish and maintain relationships with our Commercial teams to ensure a deep connection to our clients.
Regularly engage with our clients and with the teams that are actively consuming our digital products and services (Procurement managers Fleet managers Branch Managers Drivers etc.) to see our products / services in action and to gather feedback.
- Establish the definitions of quality in terms of product completeness and product delivery to inform backlog prioritization and operational performance KPIs.
- Establish a feedback loop to ensure timely and reliable insights are funneled back into the product backlog and being effectively prioritized for action.
- Drive the end-to-end digital client journey defining and monitoring KPIs for each Product to ensure profitability consistency and successful delivery to our clients
- Leverage first-hand knowledge of the diversity of client needs to build configurability into our digital products / services that can reduce bespoke customization while still meeting our clients where they need us to be.
20% Business & Stakeholder Management :
- Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on digital strategy and product enablement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations sales marketing IT and customer service to ensure alignment and support for digital initiatives.
- Present digital strategy plans and progress to executive leadership and stakeholders regularly.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize return on investment in digital initiatives.
- Prepare business cases and business plans that require organizational capital investment along with developing and managing KPIs to track progress and impact of digital strategy and initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Information Technology or a related field; MBA or masters degree preferred

This Manager role assists with setting the strategic approach, planning and performance prioritization for Thomson Reuters demand generation within the Legal segment for the United States, delivering on the unique customer needs of these significant markets to ultimately drive marketing attributed sales, revenue, and growth in this segment.
We are seeking an experienced, digitally savvy, and data-driven leader for a Sr. Manager, Legal Marketing Strategy to drive robust and integrated marketing strategies to drive E-commerce sales for the legal segment. This is a strategic and cross-functional leadership role who works closely with the Director of Marketing Strategy, the segment GM, the marketing digital team and enterprise technology teams as well as across multiple marketing capabilities. This role requires strong data acumen, innovation and planning abilities, cross-functional leadership skills, and requires a self-motivated individual with effective communication skills.
- Help determine buying journey for E-commerce channel.
- Partner with digital and product marketing teams to research and define buying personas.
- Assist with creation, planning and activation of innovative marketing strategies for the Legal E-commerce segment, with strong focus on transforming and optimizing digital channels, demand gen and product marketing groups to build and align on upfront strategy and prioritization.
- Forecast, measure, analyze and report the impact of campaign and demand gen activities on marketing and sales pipeline, revenue, and demand funnel velocity.
- Deeply understand Legal go-to-market strategies, insights, personas, customer segmentation, competitive intelligence to translate business goals into marketing strategies.
- Partner closely and/or create working processes across the marketing organization to bring strategies and plans to life through thoughtful planning, integration of relevant content and effective translation into demand gen programs and activities.
- Deliver effective marketing strategies to fuel pure digital sales.
- Continually monitor success of planning process and identify efficiencies, opportunities to optimize, leverage best practices, etc.
- Consistently monitor digital sales performance data of assigned sub-segment; Derive insight and action items to leadership team and key stakeholders throughout the business.
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing or demand gen, with deep understanding of marketing frameworks and channel mix activation
- BA/BS required; MBA preferred

Linen Chest is looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on social media lead to join us for a 1-year maternity leave contract, with the potential to extend. In this role, you’ll guide the voice and content strategy for one of Canada’s most-loved home retailers.
You’ll own our organic social presence and influencer program—from high-level strategy to daily publishing, performance tracking to creator partnerships. You’ll collaborate with our creative, marketing, eComm, and retail teams to bring campaigns to life and ensure content stays relevant, on-brand, and engaging.

- Build and execute platform-specific strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube
- Manage the daily content calendar, publishing schedule, and community engagement
- Collaborate on content creation and maintain a consistent, elevated brand look and feel
- Lead influencer and creator partnerships—from outreach to execution and performance tracking
- Align social content with product launches, promos, and omnichannel campaigns
- Host giveaways to drive growth and engagement
- Respond to comments and DMs, and monitor brand mentions to stay connected with our audience
- Track KPIs using analytics tools and adjust strategy based on performance
- Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and new content formats
- Partner with paid media to amplify organic content
Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in social media strategy and execution
- Proven experience managing influencer relationships and campaigns
- Strong understanding of content performance across social platforms
- Comfortable using tools like Hootsuite, Canva, CapCut, and native publishing/analytics features
- Data-driven mindset with experience interpreting social metrics
- Highly organized and self-motivated, especially in a remote work environment
- Bilingual (English/French) is a plus
