The Content Creation Technology Group (CCTG) is looking for a Senior AI/ML Programmer who will contribute to the development of applications in the domains of Generative AI and ML bots. The Senior AI/ML Programmer role will bring best practices and design principles to assist the team in delivering our ambitious features roadmap. 

Main responsibilities: 

  • Provide and support ML systems based on business requirements and objectives. 

  • Establish technical designs to meet game’s needs. 

  • Collaborate with the data science team, specialized programmers (gameplay, AI, etc.), the research team, and other stakeholders such as productions.  

  • Develop, integrate, and maintain inference engines, libraries, and ML frameworks. 

  • Leverage best hardware (NPU, GPU, CPU) to accelerate ML related computations 

  • Develop systems that allow Gameplay programmers and Data scientist to easily track relevant data to train models 

  • Develop systems to benchmark, evaluate and optimize model’s performance  

  • Program in a clear and structured manner that is in keeping with performance, maintenance, modularity, scalability and compatibility requirements 

  • Integrate and maintain ML systems in game engines and games. 

  • Write unit tests and integration tests 

Other responsibilities: 

  • Creating proof of concepts, that can require model training, fine tuning, experimenting with different techniques and models. 

  • Suggest improvements whenever necessary by designing and implementing new systems or enhancing existing ones 

  • Conducting research to stay up to date with the latest advancements. 

  • Documentation, presentations, and knowledge sharing to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical collaborators. 

Qualifications

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent. Master in Machine Learning is an asset. 

Relevant Experience: 

Minimum 5 years’ experience in AI/ML. 

Core Skills: 

  • In-depth knowledge of C++ required 

  • Strong Architecture skills 

  • A good hardware knowledge, to take advantage of multithreading, and optimize memory management. 

Other Skills: 

  • Proficient in Python is an asset. 

  • Experience working with game engines is an asset. 

  • A good knowledge of Database products is an asset. 

  • A good knowledge of cloud-based platforms is an asset. 

  • A good knowledge of machine learning and deep learning fundamentals.

We are looking for a person to manage, write and execute our  monthly newsletters and specials for our 8 brands. This is approximately a 20 hour per week position.

This can be a remote work from home position, though our office is located in Mississauga. 

We are primarily in the employment, recruiting and hiring technology industries.

The job entails the following:

  • Work with our marketing team on decide specials for each of our 8 brands and work with our graphic designer to design and build the marketing assets.
  • Add the final marketing assets into Brevo and email potential clients.
  • Write and design the newsletters for each of our brands' monthly newsletters. The articles are a combination of you writing 1-2 articles monthly relating to how to use our services to improve the hiring process and one industry-specific newsletter for each of 8 brands.
  • Gather news articles and stats, personalize them for our purpose and put the newsletters together in BREVO for our final review.
  • Usually 2-3 articles monthly per newsletter in regards to  unemployment rates, workforce changes etc.
  • Go into our various CRMs and search for new contacts in a month, clean them, then import them into BREVO our email software.
  • Search out potential clients from databases we buy, and enter them into Brevo.
  • Keep the Brevo contact lists clean
  • We do 7-8 specials emails early in the month, 7-8 monthly newsletters and 7-8 specials emails the last 2 days of the month.

We want all material built and reviewed 1 weeks prior to send date. You must be organized and get materials completed on time.

You will be fully responsible for getting all brands email marketing and newsletters out on a monthly basis.

We are in the employment, recruitment and recruitment technology business so someone with a background or knowledge of recruitment and or technology would be a great fit.

Our client is a global leader in e-commerce marketplaces and we're seeking a creative and organized Content Writer & Project Specialist to join a dynamic international team.

Location: Downtown Toronto
Hybrid (2 days/week in office)

Contract: 6 months with potential renewal

This role blends engaging content writing with efficient project coordination to support global sellers in navigating international regulations. You’ll collaborate across time zones and functions to deliver educational messaging that drives impact.

Key responsibilities

  • create diverse content including emails, scripts, and videos to communicate clearly and creatively
  • manage project timelines and stakeholder updates across global teams
  • support international compliance initiatives with clear, instructional content
  • apply AI tools to enhance content quality and efficiency
  • bring new, innovative ideas to make communications more compelling
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in content writing across multiple formats
  • excellent English writing/editing skills and attention to detail
  • bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or similar
  • familiarity with editorial standards (e.g., Chicago Manual of Style)
  • experience working across regions and time zones
  • fluency in collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Office)
  • additional languages (German, Italian, Chinese) are a plus
