Reporting to the CFO (and partnering closely with other executives), you will drive the roadmap for Business Intelligence, data governance, and systems integration. You will ensure our technology platforms support scalable processes, actionable dashboards, and strategic insights while maintaining security, compliance, and reliability.

What were looking for:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masters preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and/or Systems Integration, including at least 5 years at the Manager level or above.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade data and analytics solutions and driving system transformations in a growing organization.
- Strong expertise in:
- Cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Synapse.
- Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Domo, Qlik).
- ERP/CRM configuration and integration (Epicor, Salesforce, or similar).
- API development, orchestration, and integration patterns.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; able to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
- Successfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements that may include criminal/civil background checks
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with modern data architectures (data mesh, data fabric, data lakehouse).
- Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, or SAFe methodologies.

- Build predictive models for talent forecasting, attrition risk, and candidate success scores
- Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using Python, SQL & BI tools
- Perform EDA (exploratory data analysis) to uncover insights that inform recruitment strategies
- Work with time-series & cohort data for trend analysis and performance metrics
- Deploy statistical and ML algorithms (regression, clustering, classification) in scalable pipelines
- Communicate findings & recommendations with clear visual and written formats to stakeholders
Requirements
- Pursuing (or recently completed) B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MSc in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields
- Proficiency in Python + core libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn, Scikit-learn)
- Familiarity with SQL for querying relational datasets
- Sound understanding of ML fundamentals – supervised/unsupervised learning methods
- Strong statistics foundation – distributions, hypothesis testing, probability
- Ability to interpret data, derive insights, and present conclusions clearly
- Strong communication skills, ownership mindset & enthusiasm to learn

Role Overview
