**What are your contributions to the team?**
+ Act as the lead of a team of data scientist, data engineer and university interns

**How to thrive in this role?**

En tant que nouveau(elle) Gestionnaire Senior au sein de l'équipe BI Network Insights, vous relèverez du directeur et serez responsable de l'équipe BI Network Analytics. **What you'll be doing**
+ Define a scalable foundation and own implementation of frameworks and standards for analytics focused on network health and marketplace analytics.
+ Grow your team and develop them to achieve their potential. You will be responsible for a global BI team whose core focus includes deep-dive ad network (ad-hoc) analyses, statistical modeling, and building tools and reporting.
+ Lead planning, prioritization and execution of short- and medium-term BI roadmaps tied to wider Unity Ads objectives.
+ Be a subject matter expert and guide senior level (up to SVP) decision-making across ads product portfolio on topics such as product roadmap planning, financial forecasting, and business policies to support Unity Ads strategy.
+ Partner with BI leadership across functional areas - Ads Machine Learning, Advertiser, Publisher Experience, and Unity LevelPlay Mediation - to connect the dots between network performance and product changes across areas.
**What we're looking for**
+ A track record defining and realising BI strategies focused to deliver business outcomes through analytics, such as business growth, cost reduction or risk mitigation.
+ A solid experience in leading medium-sized BI and analytics teams. Ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members to perform at their full potential.
+ Strong skills at engaging and influencing stakeholders and building buy-in across functions and levels.
+ Strong bias for action. Curiosity, proactiveness, and ability to decompose ambiguous problems into analytical problems.
+ Expertise in statistical analysis, including experimentation and hypothesis testing using statistical software packages in Python, R, or equivalent.
+ Experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, Periscope, or similar. Proficiency with SQL on large data in cloud environments (e.g. BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake).

+ Experience in AdTech, performance marketing, mobile games industry or SaaS (marketplace) products.
