The Senior Auditor is an intermediate level role responsible for performing moderately complex audits and assessments of Citi's risk and control environments in coordination with the Audit team. The overall objective is to utilize in-depth subject matter expertise to contribute to the development of new techniques / processes for the area or function and help Citi reach business goals.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Perform moderately complex audits including drafting audit reports, presenting issues to the business, and discussing practical solutions for projects related to quality and governance of data required for Finance Regulatory and Management Reports.
+ Draft audit reports and present issues to the business while discussing practical cross-functional solutions
+ Complete assigned audits within budgeted timeframes, and budgeted costs
+ Monitor, assess, and recommend solutions to emerging risks
+ Contribute to the development of audit processes improvements, including the development of automated routines
+ Apply internal audit standards, policies, and regulations to provide timely audit assurance and influence audit scope
+ Develop effective line management relationships to ensure strong understanding of the business
+ Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
+ Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
+ Upskill and act as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members for Finance data governance.

**Qualifications:**

The EDO (Enterprise Data Office) Business Execution VP role supports the execution of the Data Transformation Program Staffing & Financial Commitments and delivery of new staffing and financial governance processes and controls introduced under the 2020 Consent Order Article V and Article X commitments. These responsibilities are primarily focused on providing direct support in the execution of the deliverables associated with these initiatives working in very close partnership with the ACT (Accountability, Culture & Talent) Program; EDO Leadership; HR and Finance partners.
There are several initiatives in scope and strong connectivity between them is critical to driving the overall outcomes and achievements associated with this area of Citi's overall Transformation and Consent Order commitments. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, resourceful and responsive individual who can support the commitment owner in their responsibilities to provide reliable reporting and insightful analytics used to provide updates to senior stakeholders, executive management and the regulators.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for providing direct support to the owner of Consent Order Commitments under the Data Program Article V (owner of romanette V.2.b.iii).
+ Ensuring staffing and skills adequacy as well as sufficient financial funding to support the delivery of the Data Plan.
+ Support for these regulatory commitments requires close partnership with the delegates for the senior Data Leads to provide reliable and timely reporting and analysis that support metrics performance and process controls to evidence successful delivery.
+ Prepare materials used for updates for the Data Governance Program forums and regulatory responses.
+ Project manage and document the Data Program Commitments (e.g. status updates, writing closure documents and collating artifacts to evidence completion of the deliverables) including coordination with Data Leads' teams within each of the Businesses/Functions/Regions.
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
**Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of relevant experience (project management and reporting/analysis type activities)
+ 3+ years within financial organization
+ 3+ years of experience in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders
+ 3+ years experience with data metrics

+ Strong organizational and communication skills are key

The Resource will act as a subject matter expert on a variety of Mainframe software maintenance activities such as:

Labeling & Process Improvement

  • Labeling Coordination: Manage the end-to-end labeling process by sending data to our labeling partners, tracking their progress, and serving as the primary technical point of contact.
  • Documentation: Own and update all labeling documentation, including defining new classes and clarifying labeling instructions to ensure data consistency.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Continuously improve the metrics and reports used for our validation, performance and regression testing, adding new parameters as needed to enhance our evaluation framework.
  • Automation & Efficiency: Run, maintain, and improve our pre-labeling pipeline to increase the efficiency of our data operations.
  • Tool & Industry Research: Conduct industry research to identify and evaluate new tools and technologies that can make our labeling and data management processes more efficient.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale datasets and complex validation pipelines  for machine learning and computer vision applications.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python for automation and data manipulation.
  • Familiarity with data labeling processes and managing multiple labeling vendors.

  • Supporting reporting and automation across commercial functions with scalable data infrastructure


YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in data management, including work with large, external marketing datasets
  • Proficiency with SQL, and experience with data pipelines, ETL tools, and cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Redshift, S3, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing data (campaigns, spend, engagement) and tools like CM360, SA360, Meta, and analytics platforms (GA, Adobe)
  • Background in data governance, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication
  • Experience working cross-functionally with IT and commercial teams


Pharma experience and exposure to platforms like BigQuery or CM360 data models are strong pluses.
