Delivery Driver
Salary: $21 per hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, early morning start times

  • 4-5 Day work week! (Scheduled days depend on assigned routes & business needs. )
  • OVERNIGHT INCLUDING WEEKEND POSSIBLE!
Perks:
  • Hourly increases of up to $.50/hour possible after 60 days, 6 months, & 1 year (Based on performance )!

Your Role with Keystone Automotive Operations
Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is currently looking to hire a Delivery Driver for our Mississauga, ON location!

Our drivers provide a face-to-face delivery service to our customers. In addition to our full-time schedule & excellent benefits, our delivery vehicles are equipped with heat, A/C, and are regularly maintained!

Responsibilities Include:
  • Driving company vehicles in a responsible manner.
  • Delivering invoiced product to our customers.
  • Accurately and carefully loading & unloading product.
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Communicating well with team members and management.
  • Maintaining a clean, professional appearance.
Qualifications Include:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Able to lift up to 75lbs
  • Great attention to detail
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Able to sit, walk, push, pull, bend, and climb.
  • Able to climb ladders & stairs
  • Must not be afraid of heights; must be able to withstand heights of up to 30 feet.

Preferred Qualification but Not Required:

  • Driving experience of 15ft. box truck or bigger.

A Day in the life of a Delivery Specialist:

  • Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email
  • Support retail operations by supporting the merchandising and maintenance of the store
  • Deliver best in class service when delivering our products to customers’ homes
  • General maintenance on the truck and around the store daily

Key Responsibilities


  • Product Transportation:
    • Pick up products from a third-party storage facility and transport them to our Mississauga warehouse.
    • Ensure proper handling and storage of fragile products during transportation to maintain quality and integrity.
  • Delivery Planning:

    • Develop an efficient weekly route plan in collaboration with a second driver to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Delivery Execution:

Qualifications & Skills


  • Must-Have Requirements:
    • Valid Ontario drivers license and a clean driving abstract.
    • Proven experience in a similar delivery role, preferably in the beverage alcohol, food, or hospitality industries.
    • Ability to lift and move heavy products safely 50lbs.
  • Key Competencies:
    • Exceptional organizational skills to manage delivery routes and schedules.
    • Strong time management to ensure all deliveries are punctual.
      • Ability to work primarily during regular business hours (Monday to Friday), with flexibility as needed.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills, especially when working with high-end clients.

Nature and Scope:

  • Selects correct processes from clearly prescribed rules, past practices, or instruction. Seeks advice and guidance on non-routine or problem areas from supervisor. Deviations from the norm are cleared by the supervisor.
  • Under close supervision, exercises limited latitude/independent judgment. Work typically involves detailed checks or close review of output by a senior coworker and/or supervisor.

Work Environment:

  • Typically located in a comfortable indoor area. There may be regular exposure to mild physical discomfort from factors, such as dust, fumes or odors, temperature extremes, loud noise, strong drafts, or bright lights.
  • Must continuously stand or walk or regularly requires lifting/handling/carrying material or equipment of moderate to heavy weight (8-40 pounds).
  • No travel required.
