The Battery Management System (BMS) Software Design Release Engineer is responsible for developing advanced automotive battery packs from initial design concept through full volume production. The Engineer is responsible for the release and system integration of the BMS Software on xHEV vehicle architectures.
- Work with the cross-functional requirements team to decompose program BMS software requirements that satisfy vehicle level functional objectives
- Cross-functional coordination of SW planning, requirements decomposition, integration and validation efforts with internal and external stakeholders in order to meet critical program milestones
- Lead coordination of BMS SW CDR reviews internally and with the supplier.
- Provide program deliverables on time per major development milestones.
- Lead PDT meetings with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage, track and resolve critical issues. Coordinate BMS change management (CCD, CN, IAA, PER).
- BSME, BSEE, BSCE - Minimum 1 year experience
- Understanding of Energy Storage Systems and Vehicle Electrification
- Good Analytical and Problem Solving Skills - Familiar electrification architectures including EV, HEV, PHEV and BSG systems

As a passionate, experienced and visionary Studio Design Director with Smoking Gun Interactive (SGI), you’re a key leadership role responsible for setting the design direction of our gameplay experiences, championing design quality across all projects, and developing the design team’s talent and capabilities.

Requirements
In this role, you will:
- Develop, communicate and champion the design vision for new and existing projects ensuring a consistent, player-centered experience across all titles.
- Collaborate with Studio Management to deliver and drive a cohesive product vision.
- Work with leadership to ensure the vision is achievable within the project constraints.
- Generate and pitch new game ideas to external clients.

- Lead and participate in concepting, prototyping, and playtesting new game features and mechanics.
- Evaluate and iterate on designs based on player feedback, telemetry, and design KPIs.
- Guide major design milestones from pre-production through post-launch live service
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- 10+ years of experience in a Design Leadership role on mobile, PC or console products.
- Shipped at least three titles of AAA quality in a Design Leadership role.
- Taken games all the way from initial concept to live operations.
- Deep understanding of game systems, level design, progression, player psychology.
- Expertise in both Premium and Freemium game mechanics, KPI’s, and monetization strategies.
- Proven experience in pitching, landing and developing game ideas from conception to market
- Strong ability to drive vision and communicate it across teams of varying disciplines.
- Experience managing and mentoring diverse design teams of all levels.
- Proficiency in modern game engines (e.g. Unreal Engine, Unity, proprietary) and collaborative tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills; able to pitch ideas clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to accept and provide direction, work well under pressure, and handle multiple tasks.
- A naturally self-driven demeanor, taking initiative when needed – demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Willingness to push the envelope and innovate within game parameters.
- Experience with Word, Excel, Photoshop.

AECOM Mississauga is hiring a Target Price Director
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead and direct a combined owner's team to work collaboratively with the ECWE SRS Project Co's team through the development phase to establish the project's Target Price and associated deliverables.
Lead a collaborative and multidisciplinary team focused on cost estimation, risk management, schedule management to continuously seek optimization efficiencies throughout the development phase.
Lead a team tasked with monitoring and controlling, through the use of appropriate tools the development phase process through its respective development phase checkpoints.
Develop and issue regular status reports, monthly and at the various checkpoints identified in the Development Phase process, including assessments of progress on each element of scope, including station heavy civil, station fit out, utilities work, tunnel and tunnel fit out, systems and overall integration.
Coordinate the development of appropriate processes for mitigating risks to the development phase, timely and effective decision making, conducting option evaluation, etc.
Act as a counterpart to the PDB Contractor's Target Price Director/Development Phase Director.
Act as the interface between the Project Delivery Team and the client-side Independent Valuation Assessment process.
Coordinate the Commercial Close process (i.e. the client side steps between submission of Checkpoint 3, Project Proposal through to negotiation, approvals and award).
Lead the development of a negotiation strategy including the definition of a negotiation team and the development of the Zone of Potential Agreement, BATNA, etc.
Secure the relevant project documents and develop and assess alternative options to executing the project in the case that the off-ramp is triggered.
Demonstrated experience in preparing and delivering high-impact presentations to project senior leadership and corporate executive teams. Ability to convey complex information clearly, provide recommendations and facilitate effective decision-making.
Proven ability to identify critical issues and determine the appropriate timing and level of escalation. Experience in effectively communicating urgent matters to senior management, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing potential risks.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Bachelor degree in a relevant engineering field, construction management, project management or finance + 12 years experience in large infrastructure and rail transit projects with a construction, including 4 years of leadership
+ Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams (15+ people)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Ideally fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in large infrastructure and rail transit projects with a construction or engineering company(s)
+ Experience Progressive Design Build/Target Price contracts or alternatively in bid/proposal phase work.
+ Applied knowledge of developing and implementing effective project governance practices.
+ Detailed understanding of the linkages between design maturity and cost estimate/schedule/risk maturity.
+ Detailed understanding of cost estimating, schedule development and risk management including quantitative risk modelling (cost and schedule).
+ Detailed understanding of bid phase procurement processes (i.e. design development, RFIs, submittals, joint risk reviews, cost estimate reconciliation meetings, colour team reviews, etc.) required to prepare a competitive proposal.
+ Ability to lead a technical/non-technical team through the execution of an integrated roadmap that connects design deliverables and non-technical deliverables such as schedule, estimate and risk.
+ Experience in collaborative contracting techniques including big room collaborative work practices, and push-pull planning.
+ Prior experience in contractor side bid development is an asset.
+ Strong negotiation skills and formal training in negotiation techniques are highly beneficial.
+ Certain credentials would be an asset including Design Build Institute of America,
+ Construction Management, AACE credentials, Quantity Surveying.
