- Créer des designs visuellement attrayants pour des supports numériques tels que des modèles d'e-mails, des graphiques pour les réseaux sociaux, des présentations, des infographies et des rapports.
- Veiller à ce que tous les supports visuels soient conformes à l'identité de la marque et respectent les guides de style établis.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les marques associées et les différents départements.
- Gérer plusieurs projets de design simultanément tout en respectant des délais serrés.
- Aider à maintenir et à mettre à jour les actifs visuels de la marque et les systèmes de design.
Exigences
- Baccalauréat en communication, design graphique, marketing ou domaine connexe.
- 2 à 4 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente dans un rôle de communication ou de design.
- Portfolio démontrant à la fois des exemples d’écriture et des travaux de design visuel.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.
- Maîtrise des logiciels de design tels que Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) et/ou Canva, Figma ou équivalent.
- Expérience avec les systèmes de gestion de contenu, les plateformes d'e-mail (ex. : Mailchimp) et les outils de médias sociaux.
- Grand sens du détail, créativité et capacité à raconter une histoire à la fois visuellement et verbalement.
- À l’aise pour travailler de manière autonome et en collaboration dans un environnement dynamique.
- Expérience en conception d’identité de marque et design corporatif.
- Connaissances en HTML/CSS et en montage vidéo de base.
- Familiarité avec les plateformes de communication interne.
- Compréhension des bases du SEO et du marketing numérique.
