Purpose of the Role::
The Digital Content, Video & Podcast Specialist is a creative storytelling and production expert responsible for capturing, developing, and editing multimedia assets including video, podcast, and webcast, across platforms. This role will lead the execution of a strategic multi-media content strategy designed to enhance the firm’s online presence, elevate audience engagement, amplify brand awareness, and enrich the on-site event experience.
Reporting to the Director of Content, and embedded within a collaborative team, the Digital Content, Video & Podcast Specialist drives the execution of a firmwide multimedia content strategy. This includes end-to-end content production, creative direction, and cross-functional alignment with Brand, Events, and Demand Generation teams to ensure an integrated campaign delivery and consistent brand presence
This is a hybrid role based in our Vancouver offices. This will be a 12-month contract position.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a visual storytelling playbook aligned with Nicola Wealth’s brand standards and voice.
- Plan, storyboard, and produce engaging short- and long-form digital content across multiple platforms.
- Lead high-profile productions, including executive communications, CEO updates, and thought leadership series.
- Coordinate, shoot, and edit firm webcasts and manage scheduling with hosts, guests, and stakeholders.
- Oversee vendor relationships to ensure event video assets, AV initiatives, and live footage meet creative and brand standards.
- Produce and edit The Wealth Exchange Podcast, from pre-production planning to final video/audio versions.
- Align podcast and video content with overall content strategy, campaign timelines, and brand messaging.
- Track and report on performance metrics, sharing insights to optimize engagement, audience growth, and KPIs.
- Collaborate across teams (Real Estate, Private Capital, Advisory, People & Culture, Philanthropy) to elevate digital presence.
- Work with Social Media lead to coordinate content distribution and refine creative strategies based on performance data.
- A minimum of 6+ years related experience
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in video production, communications, or a related discipline
- High proficiency in video editing and audio production using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Audition
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in motion graphics, illustration, and basic animation
- Proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging video content that drives brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Strong grasp of content marketing, storytelling techniques and visual communication across digital platforms.
- Demonstrated experience with podcast and webcast production, including end-to-end coordination and editing.
- Skilled in operating video and audio equipment, including basic field production and studio setups.
- Familiarity with Riverside.fm or similar video/audio recording platforms.
This position comes with a base salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 plus a competitive performance bonus, RRSP contribution and participation in our profit-sharing program. Base salary will be commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.

What Youll Do
Digital Media Strategy Support
- Manage full media planning cycles (Planning and presenting, buying, executing, analysis and reporting)
- Media Execution: Hands-on media campaign setup across multiple digital paid media channels (including social, programmatic, display, native, video and search) to ensure media is delivered on time with high quality, and campaign performance targets are met or exceeded.
- Create media point of views (POVs).
- Execute digital reporting and trafficking.
- Media Planning/Strategy support.
- Assist with maintaining of campaign budgets and invoices.
- Clear media invoices and flag discrepancies.
- Liaise with external media vendors and agencies.
Collaboration

Job DescriptionThe Content Creation Technology Group (CCTG) is looking for a Senior AI/ML Programmer who will contribute to the development of applications in the domains of Generative AI and ML bots. The Senior AI/ML Programmer role will bring best practices and design principles to assist the team in delivering our ambitious features roadmap.
Main responsibilities:
Provide and support ML systems based on business requirements and objectives.
Establish technical designs to meet game’s needs.
Collaborate with the data science team, specialized programmers (gameplay, AI, etc.), the research team, and other stakeholders such as productions.
Develop, integrate, and maintain inference engines, libraries, and ML frameworks.
Leverage best hardware (NPU, GPU, CPU) to accelerate ML related computations
Develop systems that allow Gameplay programmers and Data scientist to easily track relevant data to train models
Develop systems to benchmark, evaluate and optimize model’s performance
Program in a clear and structured manner that is in keeping with performance, maintenance, modularity, scalability and compatibility requirements
Integrate and maintain ML systems in game engines and games.
Write unit tests and integration tests
Other responsibilities:
Creating proof of concepts, that can require model training, fine tuning, experimenting with different techniques and models.
Suggest improvements whenever necessary by designing and implementing new systems or enhancing existing ones
Conducting research to stay up to date with the latest advancements.
Documentation, presentations, and knowledge sharing to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical collaborators.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent. Master in Machine Learning is an asset.
Relevant Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in AI/ML.
Core Skills:
In-depth knowledge of C++ required
Strong Architecture skills
A good hardware knowledge, to take advantage of multithreading, and optimize memory management.
Other Skills:
Proficient in Python is an asset.
Experience working with game engines is an asset.
A good knowledge of Database products is an asset.
A good knowledge of cloud-based platforms is an asset.
A good knowledge of machine learning and deep learning fundamentals.
