This is a pivotal role for a leader with a strong background in digital marketing, brand development, and team management. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Strategic Leadership & Collaboration
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with group-wide business objectives, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all dealerships.
- Work closely with Dealer Principals, General Managers, and departmental heads to identify opportunities, set performance KPIs, and report on the ROI of all campaigns.
- Manage a small team of in house marketing specialists and external vendors, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high-impact campaign delivery.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Lead the strategy and execution of all digital marketing efforts, includingGoogle Ads, Performance Max campaigns, YouTube ads, social media ads (Facebook, Instagram), and email/text campaigns.
- Overseewebsite development and management, ensuring all sites are fully custom-designed with advanced features such as real-time trade-in valuations, interactive showrooms, and multi-stage finance applications.
- Integrate and manage all3rd-party tools(e.g., trade-in platforms, service booking, parts & accessories) to create a seamless user experience.
- Implement and maintain analytics platforms likeGA4to track user behavior, campaign performance, and optimize budget allocation based on data-driven insights.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new platforms, and emerging technologies to keep the group at the forefront of automotive marketing.
Content & Social Media Management
- Develop and manage both organic and paid social media strategies across platforms likeFacebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedInto build brand awareness and engage customers.
- Create compelling, brand-compliant creative for monthly promotions and vehicle launches, including custom image and video advertisements.
- Oversee daily posting schedules and content calendars, ensuring alignment with dealership promotions, OEM campaigns, and community events.
- Monitor social media performance, respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner, and provide monthly engagement reports.
Campaign Management & Execution
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for new vehicle launches, seasonal promotions, and service initiatives across all dealerships.
- Manage CRM-related tasks, includingautomated follow-ups, video messaging for sales and service departments, and automated text notificationsfor service readiness.
- Coordinate with OEM partners to leverage co-op funding and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Create and manage annual and monthly marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation across all channels.
- Develop custom landing pages for events, advertising, and follow-up campaigns.
Reporting & Optimization
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports on key metrics such as website traffic, lead generation, advertising ROI, and social media engagement.
- Continuously analyze data to refine, optimize, and scale all marketing campaigns for maximum impact and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management, with a strong preference for the automotive or retail industry.
- Demonstrated experience in budget forecasting and managing a multi-million dollar marketing budget with a clear focus on ROI
- Strong proficiency inGoogle Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and CRM/Inventory platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills with experience leading and managing a team

- A portfolio of B2B marketing writing samples is required.
