We are a fast growing and dynamic e-commerce marketing agency looking for an Amazon and Walmart Advertising Specialist to join our rapidly growing team on a full-time basis. 


As an integral member of our advertising department, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing Amazon and Walmart advertising campaigns to drive sales and achieve ROI goals. You will also be responsible for communicating insights to clients. 


ABOUT YOU:

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership, and bring a fresh perspective to our current efforts. Ideally, this person is both strategic and execution-focused. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience managing Amazon and Walmart advertising campaigns
  • Previous marketing agency experience 
  • Strong proficiency with Pacvue (we’re open to changing software, but this is our current preference)
  • Comfortable communicating directly with clients – this role will be client-facing to some degree
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights 
  • Actively uses automations to drive efficiency and scale
  • Able to assess current strategies and offer experienced, data-backed recommendations 


RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Planning, executing, and managing Amazon and Walmart advertising campaigns across various ad types
  • Participating in client meetings 
  • Using Pacvue to efficiently manage and optimize campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to make informed decisions 
  • Conducting keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing search terms and optimize product listings for maximum visibility 
  • Using Helium 10 to perform keyword research and competitor analysis, identifying high-ranking search terms for improved visibility 
  • Ensuring compliance with Amazon guidelines to maintain listing quality and prevent suspensions 
  • Creating, optimizing, and managing Amazon product listings with attention to titles, bullet points, and descriptions to drive traffic and conversions 
  • A+ content copy creation and brand story copy creation
  • Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing KPIs, and making recommendations for improvements to achieve desired outcomes 
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, Amazon and Walmart advertising best practices, and emerging technologies 
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure objectives are met and everything is on track 


SALARY : Between $3500-$4000 USD per month, depending on experience.

The Opportunity

Leavitt Industrial Group is looking for a strategic Program Manager, Digital Commerce to join our team in Coquitlam, British Columbia . As the Program Manager, Digital Commerce, you will lead and drive the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex eCommerce initiatives across multiple business units and platforms. This role will bring a customer-focused view and act as the program manager for our omnichannel digital transformation initiative.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As the Program Manager, Digital Commerce, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with key business units and IT leaders to identify and prioritize technology initiatives
  • Compile business cases and decision requests that clearly articulate problems, solution options, recommendations, and stakeholder impact
  • Spearhead implementation and management of resources for IT projects
  • Manage and coach project teams to deliver high quality solutions
  • Manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines, and manage vendors and contractors
  • Present new projects and report progress to the Steering Committee
  • Interact with internal clients of all levels to improve their technology experience
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide clarification, remove impediments, and ensure desired outcomes are achieved
  • Ensure dependencies are understood and addressed, and requirements are correctly communicated and recorded
  • Complete and support testing activities
  • Document end-to-end processes, including analysis of business impacts

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

  • At least 5-7 years of progressive project and/or program management experience, with a focus on digital and eCommerce initiatives
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation projects across B2B channels
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field such as computer science or business administration
  • Project management certification
  • Experience implementing digital commerce platforms (i.e., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce, etc.)
  • Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and middleware integration
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools (i.e., Jira, MS Project, Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
  • Expertise in agile, scrum, and traditional PM methodologies and the ability to tailor PM approach based on project needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze problems and their business impacts

The base pay range for this role is: $140,000 to $170,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonuses.
