Our client is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Crypto Recruiter to partner with one of our high-growth clients in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space . This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead recruitment across technical and non-technical functions, shaping how the client builds their team and brand in Web3.
What you will achieve in this role
- Own the full recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team needs, and priorities.
- Source across crypto-native networks – GitHub, Discord, Telegram, Twitter (X), DeFi communities, hackathons.
- Recruit for both hard-to-fill technical roles (blockchain engineers, smart contract developers, cryptographers) and business-critical functions (product, compliance, marketing, operations).
- Provide market intelligence : salary benchmarks, competitor insights, and emerging skill trends.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience that reflects the client’s culture and mission.
- Keep ATS pipelines healthy, track KPIs, and share recruiting metrics with leadership.
- Represent the client’s employer brand at crypto events and online communities.
- What you must bring to this role
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including 2+ years in crypto / blockchain / fintech .
- A proven ability to recruit technical and non-technical talent at scale.
- Strong sourcing skills, with fluency in crypto community platforms and non-traditional recruiting channels.
- Skilled negotiator who understands token / equity packages and cross-border contractor models.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset, able to forecast hiring timelines and optimize funnel performance.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, global environment .

What you'll do:
- Talent Attraction- You will identify and apply creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent at all levels within our corporate environment. You will develop cost effective, efficient, proactive and innovative solutions to meet clients’ recruiting needs.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment- Conduct interviews to assess candidates; make hiring recommendations; provide support and counsel to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Relationship Building- You will create and maintain working relationships with internal team members to understand current and future recruitment needs, and determine optimum sourcing strategies.
- Offers of Employment- Manage the job offer process, including negotiation and background checks.
- Tracking- You will use Workday to maintain information during the recruitment process; ensuring all information is current and activity is updated on a regular basis.

What you bring:
- Experience- 5 to 10 years recruitment experience (ideally within an agency environment)
- Education-Post secondary education equivalent to a diploma or degree in HR or a related field
- Sourcing-Strong understanding of “leading market” sourcing and recruitment techniques and methods; effective at identifying and sourcing passive candidates; strong direct sourcing.
- Portfolio Management- Ability to optimally manage a corporate portfolio consisting of 30+ vacancies/requisitions at one time
- Detail Oriented-Ability to pay close attention to details and maintain accurate records
- ATS – Exposure to an applicant tracking system (ATS), Workday preferred.
