**Responsibilities:**
+ Ensures Technology Platform solutions are aligned with the corresponding Platform Blueprint and Company Platform roadmaps; may be called on to be the Technology Platform Single Point of Contact (SPOC).
+ Focuses on cross-platform integration to use and optimize platform capabilities.
+ Ensures the engineered environment meets the specification in terms of business requirements, application design and infrastructure requirements, i.e. accountable for the platform integration performance and efficiency.

**Qualifications:**
+ 4-5 years of hands-on programming experience meaningful to the assigned Technology Platform in a professional environment and/or comparable experience such as:
+ Advanced hands-on experience with application solution architecture design and end-toend software development of complex distributed (multi-tiered) systems.
+ Prior experience in multiple IT disciplines with a confirmed understanding of architectural concepts (business, data, technical and solution) and track record of implementation.
+ Extensive experience using a systems analysis and design methodology that is applicable to an agile product environment.
+ Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
+ Prior hands-on experience with one or more core technology stack components within the assigned portfolio, such as relevant frameworks and/or programming languages.

What You Will Be Doing 

As a Senior Technical Architect, you will: 

• Lead architectural strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology best practices. 

• Design and oversee the development of backend and frontend systems using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and React/Next.js. 

• Establish technical roadmaps, design patterns, and architecture governance frameworks. 

• Set and enforce standards in coding, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps at the architectural level. 

• Architect robust APIs and microservices for high-volume, global-scale applications, including payment integrations and emerging technologies like crypto and stablecoins. 

• Partner with product, QA, and engineering teams to deliver production-ready, maintainable solutions. 

• Drive refactoring initiatives and manage architectural debt to maintain a healthy, adaptable codebase. 

• Design cloud-native architectures leveraging AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB) and AWS SAM for serverless development.

• Promote infrastructure as code and modern DevOps practices to accelerate delivery and ensure reliability.

What We’re Looking For 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 

• 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in an architecture-focused role. 

• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot; strong experience with Node.js, React/Next.js, and microservices. 

• Proven AWS skills, especially in serverless architecture and services like API Gateway, Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, and AWS SAM. 

• Experience with payment gateways, international payment rails, or blockchain/crypto integrations (strong plus). 

• Advanced knowledge of RESTful APIs, OAuth, and relational/NoSQL databases. 

• Strong advocate for CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile delivery.

AS AN AWS TECHNICAL ARCHITECT, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Ensure customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions for NeuraFlash customers
• Conduct technology assessment and audits to identify the need (from an ROI and Outcomes perspective) to move to CCaaS AWS Connect Platform, improving agent experience and productivity
• Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements and processes
• Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS, and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud
• Lead discovery for customers, help customers build ROIs for projects, and deliver presentations and estimate for delivering that ROI

We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect to design the structure of our ITSM systems and oversee programs to ensure the proper architecture is implemented.

The Technical Architect - ServiceNow, will contribute to a team of specialists working to assist our clients customers in understanding their ServiceNow environments. The Technical Architect - ServiceNow will join the IT & Software Asset Management (ITAM) Team to focus primarily on the implementation, configuration, and management of customers' ServiceNow platform. The Technical Architect - ServiceNow will be an expert in ServiceNow and have a proven methodology and best practice for implementation the ServiceNow platform and associated modules. To be successful the Technical Architect - ServiceNow will have a process definition supporting ServiceNow implementations and will be very experienced with the practical implications of implementing and sustaining those processes.
