THE POSITION

The primary role of the employee in this job class is to perform various technical tasks related to the management of human and financial resources, the development and implementation of standards, and administrative operations. They may assist professional and managerial staff in their work.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform accounting entries, transfers, reconciliations, and other tasks.
• Conduct technical analyses of accounts and reports; perform account recovery, identify errors, and correct them.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize data necessary for financial reporting preparation.
• Respond to auditors' requests and provide required information and supporting documents.
• Verify the location and coding of various salary classes.
• Monitor decentralized measures: meet with schools to validate information from Infini and Excel spreadsheets, and input budgets into Dofin and Excel.
• Prepare and send school tax accounts.
• Calculate school population for allocation purposes and send results to francophone CSS.
• Perform recovery of payments made via banks.
• Process telephone calls, mail, and checks received from taxpayers.
• Reconcile taxes with Dofin.
• Apply or adapt management techniques to specific administrative activities and routine operations.
• Produce reports for relevant organizations and ensure their transmission.
• Use a computer and various software necessary for job execution.
• Conduct Internet research and, if necessary, assist staff in using job-specific software.
• Train less experienced technicians and coordinate support personnel in tasks related to technical operations programs.
• Perform any other related tasks as required.

Qualifications

Schooling

• Hold a college diploma in General Administration Techniques or other relevant techniques for the job class, or a diploma or certificate recognized as equivalent by the competent authority.

Other requirement:

• Good knowledge of office automation tools such as Word, Excel, Access. Excellent spoken and written French
• Functional spoken and written English.
• Autonomous, capable of handling multiple demands simultaneously, and able to work in a team.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good sense of priorities, organization, and planning.
• Judgment, discretion, and objectivity.

Individuals who wish to be considered for this position will be required to take tests to assess their knowledge of French and English writing, Word and Excel, as well as their analytical and problem-solving skills.

Le Développeur Dynamics 365 sera responsable de concevoir et optimiser des solutions spécialisées en F&O (Finance et Opérations) dans l’entreprise.

• Agir en tant que Développeur principal et mettre en œuvre les spécifications fonctionnelles

• Personnaliser les modules, les flux, les actions et les formulaires en fonction des besoins d’affaires

• Favoriser la rationalisation des processus et l’amélioration de l’expérience utilisateur

• Veiller à l’intégration de D365 F&O aux autres systèmes de l’entreprise

• Réaliser les mises à jour et la maintenance de la plateforme

• Œuvrer dans une équipe Dynamics 365 composée de 4 analystes fonctionnels, 1 architecte et 1 gestionnaire

• Travailler en mode Agile avec des sprints aux 3 semaines

PROFIL

• 4+ années d’expérience en tant que Développeur Microsoft Dynamics

• 1+ année d’expérience avec X+ et F&O (Finance et Opérations)

• Maîtrise de Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Forte autonomie et capacité à prendre en charge les projets de développement

• Expérience professionnelle en mode Agile

• BAC en informatique ou l’équivalent

• Bilingue (Français requis, Anglais fonctionnel)

En tant quAnalyste de donnes, vous jouerez un rle cl dans la transformation des donnes en informations stratgiques. Votre mission : extraire, analyser, interprter et valoriser les donnes afin de soutenir les dcisions daffaires tous les niveaux de lorganisation.

Vous collaborerez troitement avec plusieurs quipes internes pour bien comprendre leurs besoins, traduire les donnes en pistes concrtes, et proposer des recommandations claires. Vous contribuerez galement lamlioration continue des processus analytiques.

Vos responsabilits

• Collaborer avec les quipes daffaires pour identifier des opportunits danalyse ou doptimisation par les donnes.
• Extraire, nettoyer et structurer les donnes issues de diffrentes sources internes et externes.
• Raliser des analyses descriptives et diagnostiques pour dtecter des tendances, anomalies ou leviers de performance.
• Concevoir des modles analytiques (prdictifs ou explicatifs) pour orienter les dcisions stratgiques.
• Crer et maintenir des tableaux de bord interactifs (KPI) laide doutils de visualisation comme Power BI.
• Prsenter clairement vos analyses et recommandations, en franais et en anglais, divers publics internes.
• Proposer des amliorations aux mthodes et processus danalyse, pour gagner en efficacit et en pertinence.

Profil recherch

• Baccalaurat en statistique, science des donnes, conomie, finance ou discipline connexe (matrise ou doctorat = atout).
• Exprience pertinente en analyse de donnes, avec comprhension des enjeux daffaires.
• Matrise dExcel (VBA = atout).
  
• Connaissances avances en R / Python / SQL
• Comprhension des notions de finance (atout)
• Connaissance en apprentissage machine (Machine learning).
• Excellente capacit vulgariser des concepts complexes, lcrit comme loral.
• Exprience avec Power BI, Tableau ou autre outil de visualisation
• Bilinguisme franais / anglais requis.
