The US Deal team is a function in Finance responsible for providing financial analysis and deal pricing expertise to compete for client brand decisions. Overview

We are seeking a Financial Performance & Analysis (FP&A) specialist to join the Finance & Analytics Division of Downstream Transformation Office.

The Finance & Analytics Division is responsible to support impact delivery of Aramco's Downstream transformation program across all assets/subsidiaries from a data and tools perspective.

The FP&A specialist primary role is to help ensure adoption of financial guidelines and valuation principles while managing and coordinating close relationships with key related stakeholders, internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:
  • Provide the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) with consolidated Transformation Impact report at Business Line/Admin Area/Function/Asset level
  • support the TO Value Realization & Analytics Lead in preparation of the agenda and content for any interactions within and outside the Downstream Central Transformation Office (DSCTO), in collaboration with other functions of the DSCTO
  • prepare material to train admin areas on guidelines for developing upcoming business plan and integration of transformation targets into business plan
  • Review specific initiatives, based on materiality criteria, and raise flags for value leakage, value overlap, etc and spot-check initiatives
  • Generate Excel models, presentations, and reports to support the TO Finance lead in discussions with various assets/admins areas and related stakeholders
  • Update the progress of the Transformation for the Quarterly Business Review, Mid and End Year Accountabilities
  • Support CTO Value Realization & Analytics Lead with the right data, reports and analyses required to make decisions related to certain initiatives
  • As per request, and in collaboration with Admin Area CTO Finance, assist assets on doubts related to initiative sizing, P&L reconciliation or baseline
  • Help other functions in the DS Central Transformation Office in the coordination of several activities with the broader stakeholder group (e.g., capability building, CTO Academy, reporting)

Minimum requirements

As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance from a recognized and approved program. Project Management An advanced degree is preferred. Alternatively, the candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and MS in Finance or equivalent.

Candidate will have 15 years of experience in Financial Analysis, including at least 10 years in Downstream industry, preferably in Refining & Chemicals sectors.
  • you must have strong financial analysis and business acumen.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills is a requirement.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey financial insights to senior management is also necessary.

POSITION SUMMARY
Our client is a global leader chemical manufacture with a focus on innovation, quality, and performance, they are poised for continued growth under new strategic initiatives. This is an opportunity to be part of a company transforming its financial operations and business support functions from the ground up.

This newly created Senior FP&A Analyst role is ideal for a strategic and detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Director of Finance , this role will be instrumental in shaping the financial planning cycle, business performance insights, and cross-functional reporting frameworks. This is a builder role, not maintenance. You will help design and implement the FP&A infrastructure needed to support scalable growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the FP&A reporting cycle: month-end packages, forecasts, and financial dashboards
  • Lead monthly results analysis and present insights to senior leadership and the board
  • Drive S&OP processes with a focus on sales forecasts, demand planning, and inventory management
  • Support cash flow and working capital management strategies
  • Build financial models for CapEx planning and scenario analysis
  • Collaborate with Sales, Plant Operations, Supply Chain, and Accounting to drive profitability
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to support performance management
  • Lead SG&A reporting, run monthly spend reviews, and improve data clarity
  • Take ownership of new reporting processes, analytics, and financial health initiatives
  • Contribute to establishing a PMO to monitor and report on key finance projects
  • Identify gaps in current processes and implement improvements across reporting, forecasting, and control

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • 5+ years of progressive FP&A, cost accounting, or corporate finance experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation required, Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is an asset
  • Manufacturing industry experience is required
  • Consulting background or experience in private equity-backed environments is an asset
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills required
  • Proven experience designing and improving FP&A processes from the ground up
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to executive stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Infor M3 preferred) and BI tools (Power BI or similar)
  • High degree of business acumen, ownership, and a collaborative approach to cross-functional partnerships
  • Experience working in dynamic, mid-sized companies with evolving financial processes are an asset

WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Hybrid model: Currently 1 day per week in-office (Tuesdays); likely to increase to 2–3 days/week
