Job Description

We are seeking a talented Web Developer/Creative Technologist to join our dynamic advertising team. This role involves crafting innovative digital advertising experiences that deliver actionable results for brands and delight our customers. You will work with a creative team to develop advertising campaigns from ideation through to launch, including bespoke branded webpages and custom digital experiences. You will also contribute to developing new digital advertising products, prototyping, and iterating from initial concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Own the full end-to-end custom web development process and deliverables, from wireframing to production.
• Work closely with both the creative and business teams to develop campaign strategies, use-cases, and technical requirements.
• Present work to peers, product teams, and executives.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to your immediate and extended team.
• Partner with program and product managers to identify and assess features for future-scaled product offerings.

Essential Skills

• 5 years of experience in web development across multiple devices, web views, and browsers.
