The
**Administrator** , works a rotational schedule 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off reporting to the Manager, and is responsible for exhibiting polite and professional communication with clients; must collaborate with housekeeping team, guest services and management on a regular basis.
**Your work will include:**
Coordinating new hire orientation onsite including JHAu2019s, Site specific rules and emergency protocols, etc and assisting with up to date training for existing employees.
Works with site leadership team to develop continuous improvement plans.
Ensuring consistency with administration duties including but not limited to attendance boards, catering request, payroll, LEMu2019s, and inputting safety data.
Write, edit and scan documents for tracking
General clerical tasks as requested from Lodge Manager

**Qualifications**
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
Strong Microsoft Office skills: Advanced Excel and Outlook are necessary
Organizing and prioritizing are the core elements of this role. You must know how to keep yourself organized and how to determine which tasks are the most important.
Writing with excellent spelling, punctuation, sentence structure. Must be proficient in a variety of styles, from creative to professional to technical to education and more.
A minimum of 3 years'' relevant work experience. **Qualifications:**
G License with a clean drivers abstract
Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience working at a remote site an asset
Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs

Event Sales Representative- Summer Position
Kognitive Sales Solutions, in partnership with Canadian Tire, is seeking outgoing and sales-driven individuals to join our team as Gas Station Event Field Sales Representatives. In this role, working in pairs, you'll have the exciting opportunity to engage with consumers directly while representing one of Canada's most trusted and iconic brands.
Compensation:
· $17.20/hr minimum protection guarantee + commission
Schedule:
· April 1st-October 31st
o Opportunity to transfer in store after contract ends
· Thursday-Sunday 10am-6pm
Requirements
Responsibilities:
· Educate customers about the benefits of our partner Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard and other financial products at gas station locations within your assigned territory.
· Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client's products during events.
· Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for attendees.
· Utilize creative approaches to engage customers and effectively communicate product benefits.
· Foster and maintain positive relationships with gas station staff to facilitate successful event execution.
· Handle customer information with the utmost confidentiality.
