As a Construction Site Superintendent, you will oversee the successful delivery of projects from site mobilization through to completion. The first assignment will be a mid-rise wood-frame multifamily residential project in North Vancouver, with future opportunities to lead a variety of residential and commercial builds up to 80M. Must Haves

POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Head of Delivery, the Site Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all on-site activities for our commercial construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining quality standards and adhering to regulations. This role is client-facing and will work collaboratively with franchise owners, trades, subcontractors, building officials, and the other Archmill House/Solutions team members. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Supervision : Oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, and safety protocols.
- Team Management : Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and other construction-related personnel, providing guidance and direction to ensure efficient workflow.
- Quality Control : Monitor work progress and quality, conduct regular inspections, and address any issues or deviations from plans to maintain high construction standards. Own the Re-Image brand standards and ensure projects are completed to client satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance : Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations, protocols, and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate and timely documentation of project progress, including daily reports, work logs, and incident reports.

7-10+ years of experience in site management roles, ideally in hydropower (refurbishment or new build).
o Candidates with strong mechanical/electrical experience in steam, nuclear, or generation projects may be considered.

Job Summary:
The Emergency Site Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating emergency site operations, including completing initials and creating scopes of work to advance claims. You will liaise with your project management team and dispatchers, ensuring efficient job progress and adherence to health and safety standards to close the emergency phase of a job. The position would report to the teams’ Project Manager directly and manage the of their respective emergency team (i.e., Junior Site Managers, Lead Restoration Technicians, Restoration Technicians, and Restoration Labourers).
Responsibilities:
- Some of the emergency-related duties will consist of completing Initial site visits, moisture mapping, work authorization, DocuSketching, the emergency scope of work that would be required to get the claim moving forward.
- Relaying info to your dedicated project management team and team dispatcher for various requests and labour needs.
- Drafting repair scopes and recommending the scheduling of sub-trades such as electrical, plumbing, etc., to expedite the job process, along with liaising with these trades when needed.
- Return to sites once Flood department has completed the initial site visits to plan out the next steps of the job from time to time.
- Make adjustments to the job based on your teams’ emergency staffs initial work and assess drying needs.
- Conducting emergency scopes.
- Training and guiding other technicians on various flood/emergency processes.
- Advising and coordinating with your respective PM-team for lead, silica and asbestos job procedures.
- Regularly updating the office team with required duties and requirements throughout the day.
- Planning monthly team meetings with your respective project management and emergency staff to discuss operation changes, health and safety topics, new technologies or procedures, or any pressing issues.
- Rolling out and overseeing the implementation of new processes, technologies, and procedures related to emergency work.
- Providing a helping hand on-site by completing Restoration Labourer or Technician responsibilities from time to time if the team or site is short-staffed.
- Supervise and support the daily activities of Restoration Labourers and Technicians.
- Calling in for ICC’s and pushing and assisting with coordinating final emergency job aspects (i.e., coordinating abatements and contents, checking abatement scopes, and overseeing the emergency process)
- Completing repairs for smaller/minor jobs and the tasks may include drafting repair scopes, attending site walk-throughs with trades, meeting with homeowners regarding repair-related concerns, and potentially scheduling or running small repairs from time to time.
- Sitting in, discussing and gathering any feedback (positive or constructive) for all emergency-related employees’ performance evaluation meetings, which can include 30/60/90 Day Check-In’s, Performance Reviews and LPEs.
- Working with your respective Junior Site Manager and Project Manager on identifying wage increases and or promotions for your team.
- Maintaining clear and accurate records of job progress and team performance.
- Tracking the progression of your teams’ knowledge, skills and abilities through LPEs and KnowHow.
- Training your team on various software’s we use now or in the future, such as Restorify or Encircle.
- Sitting in on interviews for hiring new staff members to your team from time-to-time.
- Leading your team and aligning them with our purpose, vision, values.
- Assisting with demo-related tasks from time to time, such as removing baseboards.
- Acting as a mentor towards emergency staff, along with ensuring team development for your respective team.
- Completing scopes within the first 72 hours for various program reporting-related jobs to keep up with KPIs.
