Le grant(e) de projet gre les interventions durgence, la gestion de contenu et les projets reconstructions pour combler les besoins des compagnies dassurance et de nos clients sinistrs. Ils sont responsables de toutes les communications avec les experts et l'assurs. Ils doivent assurer la satisfaction tout en grant le budget.

  • organiser et grer tous les dtails de ses projets durgence, contenu et reconstruction aprs sinistre, (grer plusieurs projets en mme temps)
  • rencontrer les propritaires et experts en sinistres (et autre professionnels du domaine)
  • prparer toute documentation ncessaire pour raliser le projet en utilisant le logiciel Xactimate (devis, sketchs, bon de travail etc.)grer les quipes de sous traitants (au besoin)
  • rgler les plaintes en temps de manire efficace
  • dvelopper et entretenir des bonnes relations et d'agir en tant que premier agent de liaison avec l'assur et experts en sinistres
  • prendre les appels durgence (Sur appel en rotation)
Vous devez :
  • possder de l`exprience dans le restoration aprs sinistre
  • avoir une bonne connaissance des procdures de rclamations dassurance
  • avoir la facilit avec les ordinateurs Office, Xactimate (min 3 ans d`exprience avec Xactimate) , Xactanalysis

Position Summary
Reporting to the Team Lead, Grant Management, this position is responsible for coordinating the administration of research grant applications and awards from the point of submission through completion of the project.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Administration
Maintain a highstandard and exceptional client focus throughout theapplication and grant award administrationlifecycle of all projectsby:

  • Reviewingand loggingall required documentationandensuring thatinformationis provided to confirm the eligibility of the grant through to completion
  • Setting up invoicing for partner contributions and coordinatingtimelyprocessing with the Finance department
  • Managing project changes and revised proposals to ensure eligibility of changes upon request by clients/external stakeholders
  • Preparingand reviewingaward letters, revising/ authorizingaward letters, processingproject change request and cancellation letters.

Skills and experience

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience

  • Proventrack recordof independent, client-centred problem solving
  • Strong communicationskills(written and oral) in English.
  • French is an asset
  • Excellenttime management and multi-tasking skills;attention to detail and accuracy are essential.

Position Summary
Reporting to the Team Lead, Grant Management, this position is responsible for coordinating the administration of research grant applications and awards from the point of submission through completion of the project.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Administration
