Job Overview:
Were looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to take full ownership of performance marketing and growth for TikTok Shop and our D2C Shopify website . This is a hands-on leadership role where youll be responsible for executing high-impact marketing campaigns, optimizing customer acquisition, and driving repeat purchases across our owned channels.
Youll also lead and support our Social Media Coordinator, ensuring organic and paid marketing efforts are aligned to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales across our owned channels.

- Own and scale TikTok Shop marketing strategy and performance execution.
- Lead growth strategy for NutraChamps.com (Shopify), with a focus on conversion rate optimization, paid media, email/SMS, upsell flows, and customer retention.
- Manage and mentor the Social Media Coordinator oversee organic social content strategy, influencer collaborations, and community engagement.
- Plan and execute product launches, site-wide promotions, and seasonal sales events.
- Manage all paid acquisition efforts across TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads.
- Collaborate with influencers and creators to develop UGC and high-converting TikTok content.
- Develop and monitor funnel strategies for both TikTok and D2C to maximize LTV and AOV.
- Analyze site behavior, campaign performance, and customer data to drive continuous improvement.
- Own email and SMS marketing strategies using Klaviyo or similar tools, including campaign planning, A/B testing, and flows.
- Coordinate with creative, operations, and product development teams to align marketing with inventory, timelines, and brand messaging.
- Research and implement new tools, trends, and tactics to stay competitive in the D2C space.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of eCommerce marketing experience, with a strong focus on TikTok Shop and D2C Shopify performance marketing.
- Proven track record of scaling TikTok Shop sales to 7 figures and driving measurable growth through D2C initiatives.
- Advanced experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, Klaviyo, and TikToks ad platform.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization tools (e.g., Hotjar, Google Optimize, etc.) and A/B testing methodologies.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior marketers or coordinators.

EDUCATION & TRAINING

- Set up, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across a variety of channels (Google Ads, Meta, Tiktok, etc) to align with strategy, budget, and performance targets. Campaigns may include:
- Prospecting

- Develop and implement reporting, dashboards, and analytics to measure and drive campaign performance and ROI across all digital channels, including but not limited to: customer lifetime value, marketing performance, promotions and campaign tracking, ad performance, social media engagement (when applicable to paid campaigns)
- Perform research, analyses, and testing with a variety of tools to gain insights to help shape and optimize marketing strategy
- Monitor competitors within target markets to develop benchmarks, ideas, identify emerging trends, and drive qualified audiences.
- Constantly test and optimize landing pages (products featured, copy, components used, CTAs) and ad copy
- Monitor and troubleshoot any declines in campaign performance, digging into reasons for changes in performance and improvements that can be made
- Continuously look for ways to improve campaigns and drive growth, and share learnings, best practices, and guidance across the marketing team
- Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Analytics to ensure integrations and events required for campaign tracking and execution, including Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager are correctly implemented and maintained and to test any new paid opportunities
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years experience executing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns - required
- Demonstrated proficiency with Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics - required
- Experience with, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, TikTok Ads, WordPress CMS
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation methodology, writing ad copy and developing creative assets.

In this position as the Marketing Manager for our Hematology / Oncology Business Unit, you will develop and implement strategic business and marketing plans for the Oncology product portfolio in collaboration with cross-functional partners and the Business Unit Director.
You will be someone who is comfortable to attend the office 3 days a week and who thrives in an environment of rapid change, having strong communication skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams, and have a problem-solving, analytical skills and patient-centric mindset.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the cross-functional therapeutic area team to support implementation of Canadian brand strategy for all products in the Oncology portfolio in collaboration with the Business Unit Director.
· Support the development of cross-functional tactical plans and ensure execution of marketing tactics by initiating and leading projects to support products at various stages of their life cycle, including launch.
· Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and oversee the development of digital marketing campaigns including on-line advertising and email marketing.
· Establish and execute short and long-term business goals for products which align strategically with partner manufacturers’ visions.
· Generate and consolidate key insights across stakeholders through advisory boards, consultancy meetings, market research, etc.
· Engage with key HCPs for oncology to understand academic and community challenges and opportunities and develop advocates.
· Support the sales team with training on brand strategy, product messaging and materials.
· Manage agency partners to ensure on budget and timely deliverables.
· Collaborate with Medison’s medical and regulatory review committee to ensure compliance with all company SOPs including those related to the approval of materials for external use with customers.
· Responsible for reporting adverse events to the third-party PV service provider in a timely manner.
· Flexible to changing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
· Passion for improving patient outcomes and making a difference in oncology care.
· Be willing and able to travel (nationally and internationally); Travel could be up to 25% of time.
· Attend local, regional, and national meetings as required.
· Evening and weekend work will be occasionally required.
· Perform required administrative duties including expense and marketing reports.
· Work within the regulatory and legal compliance guidelines.

Requirements:
Education, Credentials & Work Experience
· Minimum: Bachelor's degree: preference for Science, HealthCare, or Business
· Commercial experience in healthcare / biopharmaceuticals which includes:
o Minimum of 4 years of experience in biopharmaceutical marketing
o Minimum of 2 years of experience in biopharmaceutical sales with a focus on specialty products and institutional sales
· Oncology experience strongly preferred

· A solid compliance mindset and demonstrated integrity on the job.
· Understanding of local managed markets (public and private) and institutional/hospital environments.
· Be computer literate including ability to use MS Office and Veeva.
· French language is an asset.
