The Role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager and assistants, you'll transport over size loads of all types across Canada and the U.S. with a commitment to safety and compliance, precision and professionalism.
What You Bring:
- Safety Focused mindset

- 3+ years over-dimensional and/or multi-axle experience
- Strong load securement knowledge
- ELD, NSC, FMCSA/DOT, and HOS compliance experience

You must have good safety awareness, good communication & competent decision-making skills, and a desire to perform requested duties with a focus on safety and appropriate precautions. - Maintain and ensure a high level of safety
- Ensure a daily JHA, attend all safety meetings and daily tailboard meetings
- Perform equipment walk-around inspections

- Maintain a clean drivers abstract
- Working for upwards of 21 days away from home
- Work overtime daily
- Adaptable to changing shifts and conditions

- Hold a valid Class 1 driver’s license
- Clean drivers abstract - Minimum 5 years
- Minimum 5 years Experience
- Drive safely and in compliance with all company regulations
- Familiarity with E-logs (pre-trip, post-trip)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to follow safe working procedures
- Must have low bed truck experience
- Must have winch truck experience
- Must have heavy haul experience
- Must be able to load and unload equipment with little or no supervision on site
- Maintain a professional attitude
- Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team
- Excellent observation skills and a strong attention to detail
- Experience with mountainous terrain and rough ROW access

- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
- CSO (Common Safety Orientation from Energy Safety Canada)

- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.

As a Front Load Garbage Truck Driver, you are responsible for ensuring safe operation of a truck, while driving, loading/unloading. The driver drives to customer location for pick up, and hoists bin onto truck to empty contents using a hydraulic lift. The driver proceeds to subsequent customers until the truck has a full load, and then dumps the load at a transfer station before continuing customer pickups.
**What We Need From You:**
Valid Class 3F Or Class 3A
Clean driving record
2+ years of local route driving experience
