Base Salary: $45,000.00 - $0,000.00 (depending on experience)
Commission Structure:
- 5% on sales up to 750,000
- 6% on sales from 750,000 to 1,500,000
- 7% on sales exceeding 1,500,000
- Working Hours: Tuesday - Friday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Saturday 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

- Guide clients through the entire design process—from concept development to final installation—with exceptional service and expertise.

- Lead the sales process, ensuring the seamless execution of projects from start to finish, while meeting timelines, budgets, and the highest quality standards.

- Exceptional Communication : Skilled at articulating design concepts to clients and team members clearly and professionally.
- Organizational Skills : Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple, complex projects without sacrificing quality.

- Proficiency in Design Software : Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp for creating precise, functional, and visually compelling designs.
- Degree or Certification in Interior Design or a Related Field : A recognized degree or certification is required, ensuring a solid foundation in design principles and professional practice.
- Strong portfolio showcasing past kitchen and bath design work.
- Familiarity with other design software (e.g., 3D Studio Max, Revit, or similar) is a bonus.
- 4-5 years of professional experience in kitchen and bath design, with a focus on high-end residential projects.
- Proven track record of managing the full design and sales process from initial concept to final installation.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and exceed targets, particularly in luxury retail or design-related environments.
