We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence Specialist to champion AI adoption across our company while ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives and our technology ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:
Alignment & Business Integration

  • Partner with business leaders to identify AI opportunities that align with organizational strategy and deliver measurable value
  • Translate business requirements into AI use cases and collaborate with technical teams on implementation roadmaps
  • Monitor AI trends and assess their relevance to our industry and competitive landscape
  • Develop business cases for AI investments and track ROI on implemented solutions
P latform & Technology Evangelism
  • Serve as the primary advocate for our AI platforms and tools across all business units
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and demonstrations to drive platform adoption
  • Collaborate with IT and platform teams to ensure seamless integration with existing technology stack
  • Maintain expertise in our AI toolchain and stay current with platform updates and capabilities
Leadership & Knowledge Sharing
  • Actively participate in our global AI ambassador network, sharing insights and best practices
  • Organize and facilitate cross-functional AI working groups and communities of practice
  • Create and curate content including case studies, tutorials, and success stories
  • Represent the organization at internal and external AI conferences and events
Management & Adoption
  • Develop change management strategies to overcome resistance and drive AI adoption
  • Identify and train local AI champions within different departments
  • Establish metrics to measure AI literacy and adoption across the organization
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to teams implementing AI solutions
  • Advise on ethical considerations in AI development including fairness, transparency and accountability aligned to applicable regulations.
  • Being able to travel 30% of the time nationally as well as internationally.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with AI and machine learning concepts, tools, and applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate and influence diverse audiences.
  • Ability to translate complex AI topics into accessible language and practical business solutions.
  • Familiarity with our specific AI platforms and technology stack (Microsoft, Oracle, ServiceNow) and programming skills (Python, R, or similar).
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing AI-related projects is preferred.
  • Fluency in French and/or Spanish an asset but not mandatory
Preferred Qualifications:

IBM is seeking experienced and dynamic Technical Delivery Consultant to work directly with customer accounts and to customize, extend and deploy IBM Verify Customer Identity (Customer Identity and Access Management), IBM Verify Workforce Identity, IBM Verify Identity Privileged Identity software in customer environments.
The Consultant is a technical, customer-facing role having paramount impact on delivering projects for clients leveraging experience with IBM Verify Portfolio covering Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), IBM Verify Access, IBM Verify Governance, IBM Verify SaaS, and BM Verify Identity Privilege. The ideal candidate will have an Identity Access Management (IAM) domain expertise leveraging IBM Verify, where he/she will be responsible for providing expert guidance, implementation, and support for IBM clients.
He or she will have expertise software and system design skills, including knowledge of web applications, Kubernetes, and Dockers in Linux and Windows environments, along with the ability to manage and support customized developments and implementations.
You are responsible for successfully deploying integration solution based on IBM Hybrid Cloud approach.
You will directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* You will work with various clients within various industries to deploy IBM Verify OnPrem and/or IBM Verify SaaS solutions.
* Conduct health check and recommend improvements in architecture and/or configuration based on IBM best practices.
* Perform Migration and Modernization
* Conduct enablement sessions on IBM Verify software capabilities.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any design and configuration issues in the customer's environment.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* In-depth knowledge of Identity and Access Management domain, technologies, and best practices
* Expertise in deploying and managing IBM Verify solutions.
* Strong understanding of security protocols, authentication, authorization, and access control mechanisms.
* Experience with integration of IBM Verify with various applications and systems.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred technical and professional experience**
-Expertise in Data and IT Technologies: Deep expertise requires an expert technical level in data and IT software technologies including several technology areas including IBM Cloud Pak for Data, Red Hat OpenShift, IBM Db2, COGNOS, IBM Watson Studio and related AI frameworks or equivalent enterprise solutions.
You will also be responsible for or should have:
* Installation, configuration, and administration of IBM Verify tools
* Experience with Identity and Access Management security domain
* Knowledge in applying patches and upgrades on IBM Verify
* Expertise in migrating IBM Verify on prem to IBM Verify SaaS
* Expertise integrating applications with IBM Verify
* Infrastructure design or solution engineering/architecture skills
* Understanding of Kubernetes and Dockers
* Knowledge of secure backups and secure restore best practices
* Creating/supporting the formulation of statement of work (SOW). Assessing duration/activities/resources/prerequisites involved in an engagement
