As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer , you will be the driving force behind automating our cloud solutions. You will create and maintain infrastructure-as-code templates, refine processes, and keep our technology stack at the forefront of best practices in an ever-evolving cloud landscape. A key responsibility will be ensuring our automation seamlessly serves both development and production environments while optimizing costs and resource usage.
Responsibilities
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Develop and maintain our cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform.
Design reusable, version-controlled configurations that enable rapid deployment and easy maintenance.
Hands-On Automation
Implement and own automated processes for provisioning, scaling, disaster recovery, and routine updates.
Ensure minimal manual intervention through effective tooling and scripting (Python, Go, Bash, etc.).
Technical Leadership (Non-Managerial)
Drive cloud-related initiatives across the company, providing technical expertise and thought leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., security, product, SRE) to ensure alignment on infrastructure goals.
Advocate for best practices and make strategic recommendations on evolving our cloud environment.
Monitoring & Alerting

Resource Management & Cost Optimization
Implement strategies to retire or scale down unused resources, reducing operational costs.

Integrate security best practices into infrastructure designs, in partnership with security teams.
Conduct periodic reviews to ensure alignment with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
Continuous Improvement

Qualifications
Experience & Background
5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or a related field.
Proven track record managing production-grade environments and leading technical initiatives without direct reports.
Technical Skills
Cloud Platforms : Proficiency with GCP, AWS, or Azure, including designing and operating highly available systems.
IaC Tools : Expertise with Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent for automated environment provisioning and management.
Containers & Orchestration : Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes (or similar) for application packaging and deployment.

The Cloud Infrastructure Operations & Security Specialist is a versatile and experienced IT professional responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the organization’s Microsoft Azure and hybrid infrastructure, while ensuring systems remain secure, resilient, and optimized for business needs.
This role is ideal for a hands-on, proactive problem-solver who excels at both technical execution and security remediation across cloud and on-premises environments. The incumbent will bring strong expertise in Azure administration, automation, business continuity, and disaster recovery, with the ability to support related platforms such as O365, Exchange, SharePoint and Microsoft SaaS applications. Microsoft Azure Cloud Infrastructure (40%)
- Implement, and maintain Azure environments, including Resource Groups, VNets, Subnets, App Services, Key Vault, API Management, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Power Apps, and Application Registrations.
- Manage Azure Virtual Machines (VMs), including sizing, scaling, patching, monitoring, and integrating into hybrid AD.

We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and hands-on Corporate Cloud and Infrastructure Manager to lead, support, and evolve our corporate IT infrastructure. This role blends technical depth, vendor management, and strategic planning to support a secure, scalable, and efficient IT environment.
The successful candidate will provide direction and oversight across a hybrid infrastructure that includes AWS, Azure, and on-premises components, while directly engaging with our external IT service provider(s). Outstanding communication skills are essential, as this role requires frequent interaction with senior leadership, including heads of departments, technical teams, and external partners. This position is ideal for a technology leader who thrives in complex environments, enjoys remaining technically engaged, and excels at driving results.
This is a Hybrid Role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert for all infrastructure technologies while owning the implementation and continuous improvement of the corporate cloud and infrastructure environment, with a primary focus on AWS and secondary Azure exposure.
- Serve as the primary liaison and performance manager for our outsourced IT partner, ensuring SLAs, SLOs, technical quality, documentation, and strategic alignment with business needs.
- Oversee and support enterprise networking, security, compute, storage, and collaboration platforms.
- Manage data protection and disaster recovery strategies.
- Provide oversight for business application hosting and performance in coordination with Business Applications teams.
- Actively contribute to architecture, security, and compliance strategies, enforcing best practices and ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Maintain a hands-on technical presence, assisting with escalations, architectural decisions, and strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to IT strategy development in close partnership with the CIO and senior leadership team.
- Proven hands-on experience with core AWS services, including:
- Amazon EC2
- Amazon S3
- Amazon RDS
- Amazon Route 53
- AWS Key Management Service (KMS)
- Amazon CloudWatch
- AWS CloudTrail
- Amazon ElastiCache
- Expertise in AWS networking, including complex routing.
- Experience with FSx.
- Demonstrated experience managing security tools such as Cisco ISE, FTDs, DUO, Splunk, Algosec, Tripwire, and Qualys.
- Proficiency in administering corporate systems including O365, Windows Server, Mac Server, Mimecast, RingCentral/VoIP telephony, and Veeam.
- Experience with Meraki network devices and management.
- Knowledge of PCI-DSS compliance requirements and cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and CIS Controls.
- Strong background in vendor management, with a proven track record of leading and managing outsourced teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a hands-on technical presence.

Qualifications and Experience

- Strong understanding and practical experience with ITIL frameworks, including incident, problem, change, and service management processes. Ability to apply ITIL principles to improve operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement. ITIL certification (e.g., Foundation or higher) is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated expertise in cloud-first environments, preferably in a corporate context.
- Strong experience managing and working with third-party IT service providers or managed service contracts.
- Well-versed in enterprise networking, hybrid cloud security, architecture, and corporate IT operations.
- Proven ability to lead without direct reports, influencing outcomes across vendors and internal teams.

We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect - Infrastructure to design the structure of our clients IT systems and oversee programs to ensure the proper architecture is implemented.
In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to translate complex requirements into functional architecture. We’d also like you to have hands-on experience in software development and be able to manage complex programs.
Your goal will be to ensure our internal IT framework operates properly.
Responsibilities
This is a customer facing role, owning the overall technical relationship between the customer and Microsoft Azure Infrastructure and Applications Development Platform. You will own the Cloud Infrastructure and Azure Applications Development technical customer engagements including architectural design sessions, specific implementation projects and/or pilots. The ideal candidate will have experience leading deep technical architecture discussions with senior customer executives, Enterprise Architects, IT Management and Developers.
Understanding Customer/Partner Technical Environment
- Observes colleagues and learns how to gather customer/partner insights (e.g., feedback around technical preferences, environments, business needs) and align with solutions.
- Acts as the voice of the customer (VOC)/partner by learning to identify and share feedback around technical capabilities, gaps, blockers, and insights that relate to the customer/partner with internal teams, using established channels (e.g., UAT/TFT).
Architecture Design and Deployment
- Leverages an existing architecture approach or reference architecture to propose a solution or achieve Microsoft's agreed commitments to the customer/partner. Assesses customer/partner needs and gathers information that helps others to identify growth opportunities.
- Solicits input from others to contribute to proposals for viable solutions based on specific technical products. demonstrates basic technical concepts and proves those design solutions capability through design collaboration sessions with the customer/partner.
- Applies foundational technical knowledge of an architecture solution to meet business and information technology (IT) requirements and resolve identified technical constraints.
- Supports customer/partner projects as needed for specified architecture solutions by investigating a solution area and assisting in research and testing out concepts developed by more senior architects.
- Identifies technical blockers (e.g., changing configurations, sample coding) for selected products to accelerate architecture implementations and routes non-technical issues for removal by the appropriate party.
- Applies methodology and governance, as directed, to minimize business and technical risks and adhere to quality assurance while contributing to design and/or delivery of solutions (e.g. Well-Architected Framework, Enterprise Scale Landing Zone, Cloud Adoption Framework). Demonstrates an understanding of customer/partner conditions of success.
Practice Development
- Supports research projects and contributes to scoping surveys for customers/partners to assess potential intellectual property (IP) needs or process changes.
Trusted Advisor
- Works with internal teams and begins building relationships with customer/partner/MCS technical specialists under the guidance and supervision of others.
- Respectfully challenges customers/partners when going in the wrong direction and escalates appropriately.
- Learns Microsoft solutions and demonstrates an understanding of Microsoft's value to customers/partners.
Thought Leadership
- Provides input to virtual team members (e.g., Account team, enterprise channel managers, partner development manager (PDMs)) when asked, using a basic knowledge of specific Microsoft architectures and other relevant products. Actively looks for relevant communities to learn from.
- Participates in external architect community events (e.g., conferences, seminars, technical meetups, Webcasts, blogs, hackathons) and shares learnings with the internal team.
Customer Usage
- Participates in discussions around architecture design, resiliency reviews, and technical optimization that result in production deployment application and increase customer business value. Ensures that the customer's environment and applications are well-architected.
