Nous cherchons notre futur Spécialiste expérience et interface utilisateur (UX/UI) pour rejoindre nos équipes.
? Vos missions
Le spécialiste UX/UI est responsable de la conception générale de l’interface utilisateur Web, logicielle ou applicative, de la clarté de la navigation jusqu’à la qualité des contenus, en passant par l’optimisation et la simplification des solutions externes et internes afin de faire naître une émotion chez l’utilisateur et accroître la satisfaction liée à l’utilisation.
? Votre profil
- Être en mesure de communiquer adéquatement en français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, et travailler physiquement au Québec
- Détenir un diplôme universitaire en ergonomie informatique, design graphique, marketing, sciences cognitives ou dans un domaine du design digital et des multimédias reconnu au Québec (dans le cas d’un diplôme non reconnu au Québec, la ressource doit fournir une évaluation comparative du diplôme réalisée par le ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration du Québec)
- Avoir la capacité à comprendre qui sont les utilisateurs, leurs parcours, les scénarios d’utilisation associés à leurs tâches et créer des interfaces qui seront les plus efficaces et répondront le mieux aux objectifs établis
- Avoir la capacité à concevoir et penser le site Web sur la base de la demande du client (structure du site, ergonomie, interface, fil de fer, etc.)
- Être en mesure de réaliser la maquette du site : position des éléments, arborescence, architecture interactionnelle
- Être en mesure de comprendre les attentes des utilisateurs, les besoins d’affaires et la stratégie numérique (ex. : sondage)
- Maîtriser le HTML et CSS
- Maîtriser les logiciels de prototypage
- Maîtriser les logiciels de la suite Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) et des outils de maquettage : Adobe XD, Méthode (Scrum, Agile), autres logiciels de conception (CAO, DAO, visuels 2D/3D, etc.)
- Maîtriser les méthodologies de livraison TI (Agile Scrum, Agile Kanban)
- Maîtriser les standards sur l’accessibilité des sites Web (SGQRI 008 2.0)
- Posséder un minimum de six (6) années d’expérience pertinente en tant que spécialiste UX/UI

+ Stay up-to-date with modern web development best practices
+ Work closely with Design Systems team members and external stakeholders to establish component behaviors, APIs, and visuals

+ Work with an external team to integrate a component into their codebase
+ Continue to make contributions to our codebase and submit peer code reviews
