  • Project intake and coordination of resources, requirements gathering, and technical components like servers and hosting, cookies compliance, analytics scripts and pixels installation. 
  • Serve as customer resource to coordinate complex technical needs, security requirements, and components. 
  • Collaborate with design, development, product, and customer teams to project manage tasks and projects. 
  • Speak to foundational software components and services, including web applications, modern UI frameworks, cloud-based web services, and content management platforms.  
  • Responsible for planning and managing the design and implementation of landing pages and career sites from kick off through post launch tasks. 
  • Intake, assessment and communication of the impact of system upgrades or integration changes on users, customers, and stakeholders.  
  • Drive momentum and urgency across all project participants by proactively prioritizing tasks based on SLAs and project work plans, mobilizing resources accordingly, and identifying, mitigating, and resolving risks to ensure seamless execution. 
  • Take accountability for reporting project and maintenance progress to customers, account management teams, and all other stakeholders.  
  • Responsible for coordinating and providing data, reporting, and analytics upon request.  
  • Develop and execute Change Management plans as necessary for Career Site projects and development work.  
Qualifications

  • Familiarity with UX/UI design, website platforms, content management systems, data and analytics, and digital publishing. 
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical features and UX specifications. 
  • Skilled in coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure alignment. 
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. 
  •  Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. 
  • Ensuring accuracy in technical implementation and project deliverables. 
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.  

 
 Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Media, Business, or a similar discipline is preferred. 
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical, digital, or web development environment. 
  • Proven experience managing website projects, system integrations, and analytics implementations. 
  • Experience managing projects from initiation to post-launch optimization. 
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification) is a plus.

Fair Labor Standards Act Status

  • Salaried Exempt: Personnel will earn their regular salary and not be entitled to overtime pay when they work over 40 hours in a workweek.

What will you be doing?

You will manage medium to high-complexity software implementation projects while contributing to product development. You will facilitate gathering, validating, and managing requirements to understand and translate business needs into solutions. You will also play a key role in communication, setting expectations, and managing scope, quality, cost, and timeline.


This role is a key customer-facing position within the development team that includes:


Business Analysis:

  • Facilitate requirement gathering sessions using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis /process mapping.
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver project artifacts such as functional requirements (business requirements document), use cases, screen and interface designs, data flow diagrams, workflow diagrams, training documents, etc.
  • Collaborate with developers to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability, performance, and scope.
  • Be the liaison between the business units/customers, technology teams, and support teams through which requirements flow.
  • Lead the verification and management of requirements throughout the project.
  • Assist with defining and continuously improving BA processes and interactions with other IT areas.
  • Make recommendations to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the business.


Project Management:

  • Direct and manage all project phases from inception to completion to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Assemble and coordinate project team members, assign individual responsibilities and follow-ups.
  • Monitor and control all project activities, issues, change requests, risks, and overall quality of deliverables.
  • Plan and oversee the preparation and dissemination of all project communications, including updates to the master project portfolio and calendar.
  • Communicate with project sponsors, senior management and functional area managers, and/or consultants regarding the status of specific projects through formal and informal verbal and written communication methods.
  • Manage multiple initiatives/projects simultaneously.


What you'll bring to the table.

  • Three (3) or more years of project management experience, preferably in an IT Infrastructure or IT Security field.
  • Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset.
  • Ability to manage ten or more projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated Project Management (PM) competencies: budget and timeline management, scope management, risk management, timely decision making, effective team building, ability to prioritize and delegate appropriately and deal with changing priorities.
  • Strong technology understanding coupled with industry skills and a track record of understanding IT Security Technology (Networking, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Content Filtering, Strong Authentication, PCI-DSS Compliance, Penetration Testing) is an asset.
