+ Validate and/or improve the performance and accuracy of your software through detailed analysis and test of machine learning use cases
+ Assists with the development and application of machine learning techniques into products and/or AI solutions to enable customers to do the same.
+ Assists in the development of optimized software to enable AI models deployed on hardware (e.g., machine learning kernels, compiler tools, or model efficiency tools, etc.) to allow specific hardware features; collaborates with team members for joint design and development.

**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Experience with Windows application development (e.g. working on tutorials/examples and validating integration into Windows stack)
+ Software development experience using C/C++ Strong software development skills (e.g. data structure and algorithm design, object oriented or other software design paradigm knowledge, software debugging and testing, etc.)
+ Strong communication skills (verbal, presentation, written)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 1+ years of Windows software development experience

Are you an experienced analytics professional with a passion for driving commercial success in life sciences? This global pharmaceutical business is expanding its brand analytics function, with two new roles supporting recently launched and high-impact therapies.
You'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand how products are performing in the real world – identifying insights and opportunities based on sales, claims, access, and field activity data.
THE ROLE
As a Brand Analytics Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping brand strategy through data-driven insight. Key responsibilities include:
- Building and applying statistical and machine learning models (e.g. regression, time series, clustering) to uncover brand performance drivers
- Digging into mountains of claims, sales, and access data to understand uptake, market dynamics, and opportunities for growth
- Partnering with commercial, sales, and marketing teams to support strategic decision-making
- Supporting cross-functional initiatives including pricing, access, and commercial effectiveness
- Managing ad hoc and ongoing reporting, automating dashboards and KPI metrics
- Contributing to select omnichannel analytics projects, in collaboration with internal media and digital teams
