Type: Full-time, temp-to-perm What You'll Be Doing: Assembling aluminum frames for residential and commercial windows Measuring and cutting glass panes accurately Drilling and preparing frames for hardware Performing quality checks on finished products Repetitive but light lifting Keeping your workstation clean and organized Following health and safety protocols What We're Looking For: Comfortable using hand and power tools (drills, tape measures, etc.) Able to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs Attention to detail and willingness to learn Experience in assembly, construction, or manufacturing is a strong asset-but we're happy to train motivated candidates! Our client is a Canadian owned and operated water and wastewater products company that supplies processes and equipment for water and wastewater treatment for industrial and municipal use.
Position Summary
- Use of hand and power tools to build units according to specifications
- Ability to measure and cut PVC piping
- Assist with fabrication of machinery
- Additional general duties, as required
Skills and Knowledge:
- Previous Mechanical and/or plumbing assembly experience required
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with coworkers and supervisor
- Ability to multi-task and work with power tools

- Complete documentation, stock reconciliations, and report discrepancies
- Operate and maintain equipment as needed
- Communicate quality or production issues to supervisors and QC team
- Maintain a clean and organized production area
What you bring:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a production lead or supervisory role
- Background in co-packing, packaging, or assembly is a strong asset
- High school diploma required
- Familiarity with GMPs and SOPs
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead a team and work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with basic computer tools (MS Office); WMS or SAP is a plus
- Able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods in a warehouse setting
