· Have very good understanding on Asset management Middle-office & Back-office functions
· Experience in Asset classes like Equity, Fixed income, Derivatives & Foreign exchange
· Understanding of system and business requirements and able to document them with proven experience
· Preparation of Specifications, Design Testing and Release documents as per customer
· Should have hands on experience in SQL Queries
· Experience in creating user process documentation
· Provide solutions when encountering problems/issues or initiate taskforce with relevant actors to propose solutions
· Ensure deliveries are within the agreed timelines and efforts

The Opportunity

As a Vice President, you will play the critical role of leading Agentis’ North American financial advisory practice. You will be expected to win financial advisory mandates, successfully execute on multiple challenging mandates concurrently, build and train a growing team of practitioners, and consistently provide high-quality, bespoke services to our clients.

Your role will include:

  • Positioning Agentis as the pre-eminent independent financial advisor in the North American infrastructure space
  • Initiating and developing relationships with leading infrastructure and institutional investors active in North America
  • Identifying and pitching for financial advisory opportunities with private and public sector clients
  • Leading transaction teams to successfully execute financial advisory mandates
  • Developing a growing advisory team including the addition of junior and senior members

Your Skills and Experience

  • Minimum six years of relevant experience in infrastructure finance as a sponsor or as a financial advisor
  • Demonstrated ability to structure and execute infrastructure mandates
  • Successfully closed challenging infrastructure transactions

  • Highly developed interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams
