Summary We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Nanny/Family Assistant to be the extension of the mother in the household. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks to help maintain a smooth and organized household, as well as providing support to the mother in her daily activities. This is a dynamic role that requires a proactive approach, to be flexible with working hours, attention to detail, and a strong ability to multitask. Key responsibilities Assisting with child care as needed, including supervising and engaging in activities (children are 2 and 7 years old).Providing support in daily activities.Light surface cleaning of the house, including dusting and organizing (a team of cleaners is already in place).Managing laundry and ironing, ensuring all household linens and clothing are cared for appropriately.Work as a team with the private chef to set the table, provide table service and clean up.Managing household inventories and ensuring necessary supplies are always on hand.Being available to assist with special events or gatherings at home.Performing other related duties as assigned. Requirements and expectations Proven experience as a versatile Nanny, Family Assistant, or in a similar role within a private household.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work as well independently and in a team.Able to take initiatives.A high level of discretion and confidentiality.A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.Flexibility to work weekends as needed.Must have experience with children (toddlers).First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.Must be currently legal to work in Canada.
