What you bring to the table:

Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
Minimum 6 years of significant experience in development.
A very good knowledge of Python.
A very good knowledge of AWS.
Good understanding of GenAI building blocks: prompting techniques, agentic frameworks, evals, guardrails, RAG, embeddings/vectorDBs, model fine tuning, graphDB usage with LLMs, MCP, reasoning models.

The Machine Learning Developer - AI/ML role contributes to the establishment, maintenance, and evolution of the platform and internal tools to enable the development and deployment of machine learning models. The person works closely with online system and operations specialists, programmers and data scientists. The specialist is responsible for the optimization of processes for the production launch of machine learning projects. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI systems and applications to enhance dcbel's technology offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative AI solutions that align with business objectives and customer needs.

Key requirements

• University degree in Software Engineering or equivalent post-secondary education and/or experience required.
• 10+ years of experience working with AI software development languages such as C# and Python
• Proficiency in machine learning libraries and algorithms.
• Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
