The Opportunity

This Medical Assistant role is ideal for recent post-secondary graduates or those with strong customer service backgrounds seeking meaningful experience in healthcare and leadership. You’ll begin as a Medical Assistant and, then after a successful probationary period, transition into a Supervisor role overseeing day-to-day clinic activities and staff support.

Compensation
Base rate of $17.20 per hour during the Medical Assistant phase. After successful training and promotion to Supervisor, compensation increases to $9.00 per hour, then 20.20 per hour following three months in the official Supervisor role.

• Coaching and training clinic staff.

• Prepares the patient for the provider's evaluation, which includes but is not limited to: documenting medical history, measuring vital signs, and recording the information in the patient's chart appropriately.
