We are currently looking to fill a position for an Auto Body Repairer for our commercial and fleet repair services at our Calgary facility.
About Us:
Fleet Works is a repair and paint facility specializing in fleet vehicles, commercial vehicles and specialized equipment. We offer collision repair, autobody, refinishing, mechanical services, frame, suspension, alignment, and other repair and installation services to our business customers in the Southern Alberta area.
Duties Include:
- Completion of repair assignments following company guidelines and supplier procedures to meet our customer specifications.
- Disassembly, inspection and identification of repairs needed, repairing units in preparation for paint, reassembly, final inspection, adjustments, etc.
- Be organized and responsible for the proper completion of repairs as needed.
- Make a conscious effort to complete work according to the timelines set out which may include the need to work overtime.
- Maintain a good work attitude and cooperate with managers and fellow employees in a positive spirit of teamwork.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned.
Education, Skills, and Experience Requirements:
- Prior experience working with commercial vehicles is an asset.
- An auto body journeyman certificate would be beneficial, but we will also consider a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- Experience working with fiberglass and aluminum would be ideal.

Position Summary
The BodyShop (Collision Repair) Technician is a mechanically skilled individual whose primary responsibility is to complete the appropriate repairs and/or replacement of parts and structures of customers' vehicles. The Body Shop Technician works closely with the Collision Estimator to ensure that customer vehicles are repaired properly and in the most time-efficient manner.
