Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Spécialiste des achats et de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, rigoureux(se) et axé(e) sur les détails, pour appuyer notre équipe des opérations dans l’exécution de stratégies d’approvisionnement et de logistique. Responsabilités principales

  • Réaliser les activités d’approvisionnement et de logistique en visant la réduction des coûts tout en garantissant la qualité des produits et la fiabilité des fournisseurs.
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies d’approvisionnement locales alignées sur les objectifs opérationnels.

Broccolini is seeking a strategic, highly autonomous and results-oriented Procurement Lead to lead and grow the procurement function within our residential & eventually ICI (Industrial, Commercial & Institutional) construction divisions. Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Residential Construction , this newly created role demands a seasoned professional capable of setting strategic procurement direction while actively engaging in tactical procurement activities, including negotiations, contract management, and direct sourcing. With extensive global sourcing expertise, the Lead will ensure procurement decisions are consistently optimized across all projects, irrespective of their scope or location. This role is instrumental in driving procurement efficiency, quality, and sustainability across all markets.


Principal Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and procure construction materials and equipment for residential & eventually ICI projects.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to maximize cost savings and efficiency.

- Actively participate in supplier program reviews led by the business units.
- Develop and coach team members on procurement initiatives and processes.
- Support commodity manager in the performance development plan process.
**How to thrive in this role?**
- You have a bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
- You have seven (7) to ten (10) years of relevant experience.
- You have experience in the aerospace industry and/or manufacturing environment and/or program management, in a commercial role, an asset.
- You have excellent negotiation skills and experience in project management.
- You are detail oriented, focused and committed to meeting deadlines.
- You are a strong team player, recognized for your leadership and innovation, and ability to mobilize a team.
- Have a high proficiency and are good communicator in French and English (written and spoken)
- You have strong capabilities in operations and financial management.
- You are comfortable with complex technical topics, and have knowledge of legal terminology or interpretation of contracts.
- You are familiar with Just-In-Time purchasing logistic, integrated supply chain and lean manufacturing concepts.
- You can work with MS Project, Word, Excel, Power Point and MS Outlook.
