+ You use MS Project to keep track of project planning and progress.

- Structure and coordinate projects while supporting various departments in implementing initiatives, adopting a participative leadership style, acting as a change agent, and serving as the central point of contact for all stakeholders.

- You have at least 2 years of project management experience, with PMP certification considered an asset.
- You have at least 9 years of experience in the aerospace industry or other complex product industries, ideally at Bombardier.

- You have a synthesis mindset and are comfortable presenting to senior management.
- You are dynamic, personable, and enjoy teamwork.
- You exhibit patience, perseverance, and curiosity.

+ Support strategic/tactical initiatives and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (for example Operation's team, Customer Facing, Contracts, Legal, Sales, Finance, Product planning Marketing) for

+ You are driving for results and taking initiatives to achieve personal and team objectives;
+ You have the desire to improve the efficiency of business processes with both technology and process improvement methodologies;
+ You are a highly organized individual;
+ You have strong oral and written communication skills in both English and French;
+ You are proficient in MS Office suite (O365 environment);
+ You are a good team player and highly reliable.
