What we’d like:

• A mandatory requirement is a minimum of 5+ years managing projects and implementing clinical change in a healthcare setting such as a hospital in an acute care, primary care or long-term care environment.
• 3+ years’ experience working with the Allscripts suite of solutions in a healthcare environment.
• Possess a valid PMP certification (PMI) and/or PRINCE2 certification.
• Possess a valid Prosci certification (Change Management).
• 3 years’ experience implementing the Panorama Health Information system on a provincial scale.
• 3 years’ experience planning and implementing a Public Health Surveillance and Monitoring system on a provincial scale.
• 3-5 years’ experience managing EHR projects.
• 1 – 3 years’ experience working on Indigenous/First Nations based projects will be an asset.
• Certificate, Diploma or Degree from an educational facility with a major in Computer Science, Business, Commerce or Project Management is also a strong asset.

Qualifications We’re Looking For

• At least six years of experience leading teams in project delivery or professional services.
• Proven leadership skills, with a track record of managing local or virtual teams.
• A degree or diploma in business administration, engineering, architecture, construction management, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
• Solid knowledge of project management practices, construction methodologies, financial management, and relevant legislation.
• Industry credentials like PMP, P.Eng., CET, or equivalent are a strong asset.
• Experience working respectfully with Indigenous communities and fostering cross-cultural relationships.
• Passion for growing business presence and contributing to the community.
