What you will do:
- Test. You will test across multiple platforms, including Web and Mobile, to ensure the overall quality of our products and guest experiences. You will conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases, usability issues, and unexpected behaviours not captured by scripted tests.
- Elevate. You will review project requirements, provide estimates, and make recommendations for the QA workflow. You will ensure testing timelines are met, provide QA sign-off for deployments, and contribute to continuous improvement by refining QA processes, documentation, and automation practices. You will track testing metrics such as defect density, automation coverage, and test execution progress to improve quality outcomes.
- Collaborate. You will participate actively in team meetings, stand-ups, and planning sessions, communicating blockers, priorities, and risks. You will work closely with developers and product managers to clarify requirements, flag issues, and ensure test coverage for new features and enhancements.
