Job Summary
At Nakisa, we believe the built world needs a bold rethink—and we're here to lead it. Our cloud-native Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) platform helps some of the world's biggest brands manage millions of square feet of real estate smarter and more sustainably.
As a Solution Advisor – Commercial Real Estate Software, you'll be on the front lines of this transformation. Think of it as part product strategist, part customer advisor, part storyteller. Your mission? Help Fortune 1000 clients visualize what's possible—using Nakisa's IWMS Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform powered by artificial intelligence (AI) and analytics to solve real-world real estate and facilities challenges.
If you love technology, understand the complexities of commercial real estate (CRE), and are ready to make enterprise technology feel personal again, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Turn complexity into clarity. Own pre-sales discovery, demo design, and value mapping for global clients managing real estate, facilities, or capital projects.
- Build demos with impact. Create high-impact, customized product walkthroughs that speak directly to client pain points and goals.
- Drive trust and transformation. Be the go-to advisor during requests for proposal (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), proof-of-concepts (POCs), and negotiations—bridging the gap between customer needs and tech strategy.
- Shape what we build. Work with Product and R&D to feed customer insights into roadmap discussions and influence enhancements based on real-world demand.
- Support implementation success. Partner with Customer Success and Professional Services teams during onboarding, training, and adoption to ensure value delivery beyond the sale.
- Lead with insight. Stay up-to-date with trends in CRE, facilities management, and PropTech to inform go-to-market strategies, buying cycles, and positioning.
- Be a voice in the CRE space. Represent Nakisa in webinars, industry panels, and thought leadership—becoming a recognizable voice in the workplace tech community.
- Support cross-functional collaboration. Work hand-in-hand with Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to align messaging and accelerate growth.
- Share best practices. Champion scalable, insight-driven real estate strategies internally and with customers by codifying lessons learned across engagements.
What You Need to Bring :
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, IWMS/Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) SaaS, or real estate digital transformation
- You've been the power user, pre-sales lead, consultant, or strategist on CRE or facilities management technology projects—ideally in large or complex enterprise settings
- Excellent communicator and storyteller: clear, credible, and confident when presenting to diverse audiences, including C-suite stakeholders
- Technically savvy and intellectually curious—especially when it comes to AI, data, and the future of physical-digital workplace convergence
- Thrive in hybrid and cross-functional environments; you're adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Real Estate, Business, Finance, etc.)
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
Bonus Points For
- Certifications like CoreNet MCR/QPCR, IFMA FMP, LEED AP, or similar
- Experience working with or implementing IWMS, CAFM, ERP, or corporate real estate systems in large organizations
- Background in professional services, SaaS consulting, or management advisory roles
- Familiarity with ESG/sustainability initiatives, capital planning, or smart building systems
