We're hiring Junior Sales Representatives to join our fast-growing sales team. You’ll report to the Inside Sales Team Lead and play a key role in growing our customer base across industries and regions.
This is an entry point into tech sales, with a focus on qualifying inbound leads, running discovery calls, and setting up high-quality opportunities for our Account Executives.
You’ll be the first human contact many prospects have with our company — so your ability to understand their needs and communicate our value will shape the entire sales experience. PLEA Community Services is currently seeking a Regular Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist - New Graduates for our Asante team located in Maple Ridge, BC. The proposed start date for this position is as soon as possible. This position requires BCGEU membership.
The Speech Language Pathologist carries out assessment, therapy, and consultation services for participants who have speech and communication impairment disorders related to suspected neurodevelopmental disabilities or a range of communication influences. The employee will screen, assess, treat, and diagnose these participants.
Pay Range: $45.52 - $52.68 per hour
Hours of Work: The usual hours of work in this position are Monday to Friday based on a flextime scheduling arrangement, including days and evenings, of 35 working hours per week.
Education/Experience Requirements: Master’s degree in Speech/Language Pathology plus registration with the appropriate provincial licensing body.
Closing date for Internal Applications: Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 4:30PM. If the position is not filled internally, it will remain open until filled.

- Provide guidance to other team members on the multidisciplinary assessment team to carry out remedial programs to diagnose and treat participants with speech and communication disorders.
- Conduct in-services, workshops and training. Keep current on literature and research in the field. Provide up-to-date best practice information.
- Liaise with external agencies and professionals dealing with participants. Recommend referral to appropriate professionals if the need arises.
- Participate in program evaluation, research and/or in special studies as required.
- Maintain related records and prepare reports.
- Protect and uphold confidentiality.
- Perform other related duties as required.
