Industry Workwear is a locally owned and operated Workwear and Safety store with two locations servicing the Valley and the Tri Cities. We are looking for a Part Time Weekend Sales Associate for our Coquitlam location hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and assistance to customers, both in-person and over the phone, to help them select the most suitable safety boots, workwear, and safety products.
• Willingness to learn about the products we carry.
• Accurately process customer orders, ensuring that the right products are selected through our POS system
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate returns and exchanges, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Receiving orders, record and price new inventory.

Job Overview

We are in search of Sales Associates ready to contribute to overall salesmanship and customer experience within our stores. This person will be responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, finding products that meet their needs, as well as providing in depth product information about the goods they are interested in and closing the sale.
