Day in the life of a Territory Manager:
- Sales Excellence: Meet and surpass area sales objectives by employing a strategic sales methodology and delivering superior service levels to LendCare's retail partners.
- New Dealer Partner Relations: Conduct daily outbound calls to newly onboarded partners to engage, train, educate and motivate application activity.
- Inactive Dealer Partner Relations : Conduct daily outbound calls to inactive/unengaged onboarded partners to overcome objections and work to build and foster stronger relationships.
- Market Expansion: Aggressively pursue growth within your designated market sector of merchant partners for new onboarding opportunities.
What we are looking for :
- Must have experince in retail customer service/sales, telemarketing, or business to business sales.

From computers and tablets, to mailing supplies and writing instruments, to copy and laminating services, we’ve got it covered. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative who will build great relationships with our clientele and help us continue to be the go-to provider for all their business and technology needs. Customer Service Representative As our new CSR, you will be the first point of contact for the majority of our customers. You’ll be responsible for delivering best in class customer service for both internal and external customers, and for supporting the enhancement of customer experience with the company. You are helpful and driven, always making sure to follow through on requests, and guarantee that the job is done right. You look for ways to improve the way the store operates. You don't wait to be told what to do, rather you’re busy finding ways to pitch in. You’re also technically inclined, able to navigate a computer with ease – including being skilled with Microsoft Word, Publisher and Outlook. You easily adapt to new software and quickly retain knowledge of newly introduced computer programs. Working @ Compusave Computers This is a full-time, permanent position with a starting salary of $16-$20/hour, commensurate with experience. Our store is open Monday to Saturday, and you’ll always work five of those six days. You will be compensated for using your personal vehicle to deliver office products to our external customers, so you need to have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license. What You’ll Be Doing:Lead and motivate your team to deliver amazing guest experiences
Drive sales and KPIs with energy and on-the-floor presence
Recruit, train, and coach team members for performance and growth
Run live product demos and create a high-engagement environment
Uphold operational excellence and merchandising standards
Execute company initiatives while putting your own local spin on success
2+ years retail management experience (mall retail preferred)
Strong coaching, leadership, and communication skills
A sales-driven mindset and passion for customer engagement
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
Demo or hands-on sales experience is a plus
